ABSOLUTE POOR

This place is stuck in the 1950's. It needs a complete over haul from the carpet, beds and bathrooms. I would like to report the best part, but there wasn't none. It smell like the place had been close up for years. We had to open windows and door to air the place out. The furniture was old, worn, dirty and some of the chairs were torn. Missing screen at most of the windows and doors. We located them in the closets and under the beds. The place needed to be dusted. The carpet needed to be clean. The king bed comforters had a queen comforters, where you could see the mattress and sheets. I have rented from Vrbo many time before, this place was the worst.

Sweet spot for a vacation BUT

The property and location is amazing! The set up of the home is awesome. The pool is awesome and very warm in the summer, the hot tub is great! Super close to the beach. The only downside was the AC didn't work all week and our house was hot. The dryer didn't work for 5 of the days either and dishwasher took 2 cycles and a hand wash to wash. Deck is splintery and needs to be fixed all over. Screened in porch is not usable. Simple fixes to this location and it will be a hot spot.

Frat House

This property was ridden hard and hung up wet. Musty smelling. Bugs and worms in ground level room. Basic, small bathrooms. Looks like college kids were there before us and had a big party all week. No bed covers as all were balled up in closets and musty/gross. Pool area is super basic, wood planks are splinter ridden and warped. Grill was disgusting and taken apart. Had to buy brushes and cleaner to use it. Positives: Location is great and upper floor is large and open. Kitchen is equipped. Brindley responded very well to issues. If you dont mind going back to college frat like living, this house works. If you dont want to be kind of grossed out, spend more for newer, more well maintained home.
