Perfect spring break getaway

My brother and I both brought our families to a perfectly suited home just a stones throw from the beach for Spring Break. The check in process was a breeze, the home was clean and well suited for all our needs. Loved the hot tub and the morning balcony views.

Loved Easy Breezes

This was our first time on the Outer Banks and we loved it. Easy Breezes was a great location - easy access to the beach and pool, great space for 7 adults and 6 kids, convenient to shopping, and good amenities at the house. We hope to be back!

Wonderful house and stay.

The house was great, plenty of room for the 8 of us with a bedroom to spare. Very close to beach as stated, very easy access. Well appointed kitchen with everything you need. Comfortable beds and the ships watch is a cool place for breakfast and games. The only ask for a flawless guest experience is to take some of the money you’re spending on electricity to dry towels for 3 hours in the ancient washer/dryer and get a new set. Seriously, the only drawback and so simple to fix. Seen it in previous reviews. Other than that warning we would recommend this house for sure.

Outer Banks Gem

This property is as advertised. It's spacious with 5 bedrooms and 4-1/2 baths. It is in a fabulous location with easy and close access to the beach. This property has 3 king suites, however, one of them had no electricity to a bedroom and bathroom. Also, in one of the other king suites the patio door did not latch creating obvious security concerns. They did provide a security gate, but obviously it needs a more permanent fix. We notified management of the lack of electricity in one of the bedrooms and bathrooms, but nothing was fixed while we were there. Having said that though, it did not affect our appreciation for the house and its location. We very much enjoyed the Corolla and Duck areas. There were plenty of shopping and hiking options for us...which we took advantage of both!!

Incredible Property

We had such a great time staying here in June 2025. The house was in great condition and very clean when we arrived. The location and neighborhood are ideal; just a few steps from the beach. There are fun amenities such as a coupon for free bagels as well as use of a community pool. The contactless entry made check-in and check-out effortless. Communication from the property company was helpful but not intrusive. We would definitely book this property again.

We had a great time here. House was as described. Quickl access to the beach. The dryer needs replaced. It takes 3 or 4 cycles just to dry a load. Our family of 11 had lots of things to wash and it took forever.

Location of house to ocean and other activities was great, cleanliness of house was not as good. Rental place offered to send out a cleaning crew again, but we had already taken care of the issues since it was after 5pm when we arrived at the house. Thermostats are restricted and even after a call they never adjusted adjusted them. Overall not a bad rental, but small issues tend to bother you more when on vacation.

Great house in a great location

The house is exactly as represented and was super clean when we arrived. Its huge with lots of space for our family to spread out and have quiet time. Plus, its so close to the beach access as well as shopping and dining. Despite a few odds and ends, like the malfunctioning hot tub, we had a great stay.

Perfect Location!

We stayed here for 2 weeks with 2 other couples and it was great! The house is huge! We loved all of the game choices and little book exchange. Shopping is conveniently located. We loved the Seaside Market on the corner across from Food Lion! Their seafood is amazing! The beach is literally right there. It was really, really nice and we LOVED the Outer Banks!

We checked in at 4 and when we opened for house up it wasn’t clean. There was toilet paper all through the house, no clean sheets, towels and the garbage bins were full. I called the property manager and they send someone over within 20 minutes. We had to sit outside in the driveway and wait until they were done cleaning - which took only an hour. Pretty sure we didn’t have clean sheets. Other than that the house was great. Great location and plenty of room.

Spring Break 2021

Great location; near the beach, shopping and restaurants. Comfortable beds and relaxing hot tub and the living area was well suited for us. We enjoyed our coffee and playing games in the lookout area. Rental company was responsive. As well as the pool company for use of hot tub. The place could use some updating; carpet had stains in areas, the game shelf was very disorganized, the kitchen faucet leaked and needed attention. Also floor in master bathroom needs replacing.

House was very comfortable & area was adequate

We stayed for 2 weeks to have a vacation combined with work & virtual school. Pros: The property was one of the cleanest properties we have ever rented. The beds were the most comfortable beds we have slept in in a rental in years. We loved that we had a walk in pantry—made it easy because we brought 2 weeks worth of food. (Bring all of your spices) The hot tub was super clean & nice & we loved that it had its own alcove. The distance to the beach was great. Loved the 2 carports. Loved all of the decks & couldn’t get enough of the ocean view. We were also able to have bikes delivered. Several issues: In the middle of grilling on the charcoal grill several days into our stay the entire grill fell over & broke off due to rust. We reported it & they were able to install a new grill within 2 days. The gas grill is rusty, dirty & older & we cooked on it twice using tinfoil but ultimately it wasn’t worth it. There were some ants in the kitchen & we noticed ant traps. We just made sure to clean frequently & put chips & bread etc. in the fridge. The fridge had an issue where it did not dehumidify so we kept losing our fresh veggies. We were able to order some groceries via Instacart, thumbs up. The amazing hot tub hums. No biggie except the bedrooms on that floor hum too. Especially the master that shares a wall with it & the other master bedroom as well. If you are a light sleeper this will be an issue. Cons: This property says it’s located in a quiet neighborhood. There was nothing quiet about this neighborhood. The house not quite directly behind us, Afishynado, was booked by two separate families while we were there. If anyone was in the back by their pool we could hear every single word, every single scolding & yelling at children, EVERY CONVERSATION. The neighbor to our left that came in the second week decided to do video calls without headphones on his deck & we could hear him from inside the house. I had to go outside & ask him to put headphones on so we could also work & do school & he argued with me, then went inside. The house to the right of us was under construction the entire 2 weeks. We can’t imagine what high season is like as far as the noise level. If anyone is concerned about social distancing, as we were, folks didn’t seem to care much. We were heckled for wearing masks, coughed at, laughed at. Wasn’t pleasant. A lot of folks walked down from the public access so it got more crowded than we would prefer. Thks for the opp to review!

Simply amazing

Perfect house for a family vacation. Within steps to the steps to the beach. Our children are teens and enjoyed the decks and hot tub. Just simply a fantastic property. (Also-very clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable beds)
