For a Family Wedding

The location was great. The floor plan was interesting. Lots of amenities. The property as a whole is a little tired and could use a little sprucing up.

Everything is broken and dirty. Dog poop in the yard. No sand in volley ball court. Rusty nails sticking up everywhere on the deck. Yard wasn't even mowed. Pool lady was great and that's about it

Door doesn't even stay shut looks like it was kicked in

Bathroom by the pool was gross and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years

The boards on the deck are rotten and warped and accident waiting to happen along with rusty nails sticking out everywhere
