School’s Out in Corolla Village is the place for your family, friends, and pets if you're in search of a classic beach cottage designed with enjoyable features and amenities. This delightful oceanfront home offers a quiet cul-de-sac setting, ocean views, a private pool with a Tiki bar and hot tub. The community beach access is directly by the house.

This beautiful home offers large areas to gather together with two living areas on the top-level and a well-equipped kitchen where you can whip up your favorite crab cake recipes and so much more! Enjoy the ocean views from the sun decks, relax on pristine beaches and enjoy quick access to search for the wild horses that roam Carova's four-wheel-drive beaches.

Explore the quaint historic Corolla Village with historic sights, shopping, dining and outdoor recreation and it’s just minutes away from this special vacation haven.

Pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates and pool heat information, including details regarding the optional pool heat fee.

This is a great beach house, well equipped, with pool and hot tub, wonderful ocean views, and convenient beach access. Unfortunately, every day in the early morning hours two rental companies set up chairs and umbrellas on the beach directly in front of the house, monopolizing this part of the beach and forcing us to drag all of our beach equipment (umbrellas, chairs, etc.) well past the property. We also had a couple of maintenance issues. One involved the bottom of the pool that was literally covered with sand the day that we arrived. We waited two days for the pool to be cleaned as had been promised but finally had to call for maintenance. There was also a door to the pool area that didn't open. A repair man was able to unlock the door but was unable to fix the lock, so the door remained unlocked for the week, which was a concern.

Amazing location!

Property was exactly as listed. Wake up to incredible sunrise views right from the back decks. Beach was so close and because it is a private section, never crowded. House had everything we needed. Pool area was clean and had newer chairs and tables. The fenced in grassy area was so amazingly convenient for our dogs! I believe this is a newer addition and really made our stay relaxing not having to walk the dogs multiple times a day to find grassy areas to go potty! Check in process and communication with property management was super easy via the link. I would rebook this property in a heartbeat!
