Beautiful views of the beach! We could see the Currituck a Lighthouse from the back deck and beautiful sunrises from the front deck. Enjoyed every day in the pool!

We've been going to OBX for a few years now and this has been the best home thus far. It was clean, well-maintained, and had all the essentials you would need for a vacation. The home is child-friendly and the pool was great. Highly recommend Nirvana for your next family vacation home.

This beach house was perfect for our vacation in Corolla. It was very clean and had everything you needed and more. There were many games and activities to keep the kids entertained. The pool and hot tub were amazing!! Short walk to the beach and great view of the ocean from the deck. We would definitely stay here again.

We have been vacationing in the Outer Banks for 20 years. This was one of tge best houses we have ever rented! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed..amazing selection of pool toys, yard games and beach gear..amazing ocean views..comfortable bedding..easy walk to the beach. This house was better than described in the rental listing! Highly recommend!!

The home was great and the perfect size for our family. The pool was amazing and a great size to fit us all comfortably. The only negative was the many stairs at the beach access, which made bringing items to the beach a challenge. All in all a great week in a beautiful home.

The house was plenty big and each adult bedroom had more than enough room. The pool, sand volleyball court, pool table, etc. gave us more than enough entertainment when we weren't at the beach - a very short walk away. Thank you for a great environment for our family get-together!

Excellent location with awesome views. House was very clean. The pool was awesome and we spent a lot of time in it. House has small maintenance issues. The kitchen had a place for kitchen towels and none was present.

Nirvana is a wonderful vacation home! We all loved the layout of this house and could tell that it is well taken care of. The views are spectacular and the walk to the beach is so quick and easy. The pool area is the best we have ever had in our 25+ years of coming to the Corolla area. This is the first time that we have used Shoreline Preferred and they are great. Their communication is the best we have experienced with any realty company! We will use them again for our vacation needs.

We put new tips on 2 of them but the short pool stick was broken in half prior to us arriving and should be replaced. All in all we were happy with the rental property!

The house location and amenities were excellent. The view from the upper deck is great. The Shoreline OBX service was excellent; they responded very quickly to our few maintenance requests through the week. The one challenge that was not overcome...some of the bedroom TVs were confusing to operate and were not used much because of this.

The house was fine and clean. The lack of TV and internet starting Sunday for the rest of our stay was upsetting and disappointing. We missed all of the Olympics. Some of the people in our family needed the internet for work. The pool was great and we all enjoyed it. Kathy

Great house, great location in Corolla. Didn't have to leave neighborhood for any needs (grocery, shopping, breakfast etc). Across from the beach. My one critique is advertisement makes it sounds like there are 4 masters, but only 3 of the bedrooms have a connected bathroom. This was a little tough for a multi-family stay. Otherwise, highly recommend this property for value of size and location.

The house is lovely, with lots of modern touches. The pool area is beautiful. However, the pool doesn't have a handrail of any sort so it's challenging for young children and some of our older family members to get in and out of the pool with nothing to hold on to. The door in the downstairs bunk room also didn't close all the way, but otherwise the house is perfect. The basement area is such a great set up.

We had the best vacation! The location was excellent. Our group had a wide range of ages, from babies and toddlers to teenagers and adults. We were all thrilled with the house and location. We spent all day between the pool and the beach ( the beach was a 1-minute walk away). We also cooked in every night, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we would need. We used the beach gear rental voucher and the bikes and chairs were delivered right to the house. There were a bunch of beach chairs and pool toys at the house, which was great since a lot of our group didn't bring beach chairs. I would definitely stay here again.

This lovely home is just 4 houses from the Sturgeon beach access - a quick, easy walk. The ocean views from the well-furnished deck are amazing. The house is very comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen and a nice bedroom configuration for our group of 12. But it was the large pool that was the highlight for us! We opted to heat the pool and we were in it throughout the day, every day. The shed is well-stocked with pool toys and once again, the selection of comfortable poolside furniture was impressive. We loved this house and after 22 trips to the OBX we have quite the inventory for comparison! A shout out to Shoreline OBX for their excellent communication and prompt response to the few issues we did have.

Property was nice, light and airy. The only complaint was that it was on the dirty side. We were afraid of this so I called ahead to assure it would have a good cleaning but no luck. There was still dirt on the carpets, in the bathrooms and kitchen area. I would rent the house again if it was through another agent that paid more attention to details and cleanliness.

We had a fantastic time during our stay. We were so pleased with the house. It has one of the largest pools we've ever had at a rental, had a greach sand volleyball court and the rooms were spacious as were the bathrooms! The house is so close to the beach entrance, it was wonderful and convenient. Our only complaint is that there is a large cactus planting near the front entry stairs and my 5 year old just brushed past it and had spines all over his leg and foot and that was very rough. I think that should be removed from such a high traffic area. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay and we plan on booking again!

Beautiful house - tastefully decorated. Large pool (not too deep - maybe 5ft?) so perfect for younger children new to swimming or to use pool floats. Short walk to beach. Excellent neighborhood for biking/walking/jogging. We had an amazing week here and would happily book this house again. *Only recommendation to make this house better would be to remove all carpeting on middle floor, especially in two of the bathrooms. But based on the newer renovations to other parts of the house I'm sure that will be an upcoming project.* Really just a gorgeous and well maintained property, with beautiful sunset views from the kitchen/dining room/deck every night!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the home was perfect - a short walk to the beach with views of the ocean from inside. We loved having the pool to come back to. The size of the home was perfect for 2 families. Lots of fun games for the kids. The negatives - the home was not really clean upon arrival. This was the second time we chose Nirvana for our OBX vacation and we're already reserved for next year! Our days are split pretty evenly between the beach, only a 5 minute walk away, and the large, heated pool and hot tub. The shed is well-stocked with a beach umbrella, chairs and toys, altho bringing some of our favorites added to the kids' fun. The TVs are hardly on at all with pool, foosball, and air hockey available inside and multiple games outdoors. The gas grill and outdoor table umbrellas were new and the deck furniture accommodated our whole family. The kitchen has an ample supply of dishes and flatware but could use some large fry/saute pans for meal prep. The only complaint about furnishings was the soft mattress in the newer mid-level bedroom. The few issues that did arise were promptly handled by the very responsive, pleasant staff at Shoreline. An A+ vacation!
