Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool and hot tub, outside shower, exterior sink with fish cleaning table and parking for 5 cars. Inside you'll find a Recreation room with pool table, foosball table and flat-screen TV. Entry with full size refrigerator and laundry room with washer and dryer.
Mid Level: King Bedroom with flat-screen TV, deck access and semi-private full bath (second door from the bathroom to the hallway). This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Fun in the sun
Lovely location for beach lovers, plenty of space and easy access to restaurants. When it gets hot the air conditioner probably won’t keep the space cool.

Nice Beach Escape
We had a lovely time at the Corolla Otter! Our only complaints are the carpet wasn't the cleanest and there is zero shade by the pool. Would love to see the decks better utilized, better furniture and maybe some shady spots. Oh, and please, please get a better hose! The one at the pool was a sorry excuse and seems like a small enough investment that would go a long way!

Home needs to be updated
I would not recommend anyone stay at this home until they have an updated AC System. The air was set to 72 degrees the entire time. We kept all curtains and blinds down 24 hours a day to help (it didin't). Every day, by 10am the house was 78 degrees. By 5pm the house was 84 degrees. All of the bedrooms that didn't have fans were unsleepable. The system was running, it's either just too old to work properly or not able to handle a house of this size. We called the property management company to have it checked but as far as we know, no one ever came out. The house itself (bathrooms, deck, etc.) was very dated, but fine. The pool was large. Close (two houses down) to beach access. Unfortunately it was public access with a parking lot, so it was crowded.
