Great location

The house was great, very clean, super location. We particularly enjoyed the private pool and the short walk to beach access.

Dated

We found the doors to the porch torn and in disrepair. The pool was not clean and the hot-tub wasn't serviced. Contacted Brimley Beach and they were unresponsive for several days. Didn't not show until after 5 days into our stay and never cleaned the pool or hot-tube. Won't use Brimley again.
