TOP LEVEL:
This unique home has the main living area on the top floor beginning with the living area that has a small private deck on one side and comfortable seating facing a large flat-screen TV. There is an electric fireplace in the console below the TV for added ambience, too! The galley-style kitchen is stocked with appliances which include both drip and pod coffee makers, a built-in microwave and a range that has 2 ovens; the kitchen island has the sink and dishwasher on one side and seating for 4 guests on the other side. The dining area (seats 8) with a side countertop that has 4 stools if more seating is needed. A half bath is on this level. The outside deck has a picnic table and chairs to relax and enjoy the great outdoors. The outside stairs down to the mid level has a gate so small children (and pets) can safely stay nearby. [Note: gas fireplace in dining area is not available for guest use.]

MID LEVEL:
This floor has four bedrooms beginning with a large King Master Suite that includes a sofa, deck access and an office area with desk and chair; the master bath has a tiled shower. The other master is a Queen Master Suite with deck access and it has a shower/tub combo in its master bath. The hall bath (shower/tub combo) is shared between 2 more bedrooms: one bedroom has a Double bed and the other has 2 Bunk Bed Sets. One bunk bed is a Duo Bunk (double over double) and the other is a single Bunk Bed Set (twin over twin). The outdoor shower is located on the mid level deck for showering off after beach-going or before using the pool and hot tub.

GROUND LEVEL:
The main entry door is on this level (on the right side of the home). It opens into a large game area that includes an air hockey and Pool table. There are also 2 separate arcade games available to test your skills. A downstairs table can seat 6 guests and there is kitchenette with sink and mini-fridge or use the Lounge for additional seating and relaxation. There is a hall bath (shower/tub combo) is shared by 2 more bedroom: a Queen bedroom and another bedroom with 2 Twin beds. Outside, a volleyball net is set-up for s for sports-minded guests. Most of all, the private pool (13' x 25', open mid-May to mid-October) will provide many happy hours of watery fun for family members. The hot tub is also located on the pool deck as is the gas grill for making easy summertime meals. [Note: the 2-car garage is not available for guest use.]
