Beautiful Property

Beautiful brand new house with lovely views close to beach access and two pools. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and deck, and the cozy, modern interior came in handy when the weather did not cooperate. Huge, well equipped kitchen to prepare meals in. There were only 4 of us and it was well more than enough space for all, we could have easily had another family stay with us. Highly reccommend!

What's not to love?!

My family and I could not have been happier staying in this house. There was so much room for our multi-generational family of 6 and we loved the multiple decks, outdoor seating, hot tub etc. The house is very well-appointed with amenities, including fantastic HVAC, a beautiful kitchen and a great laundry room. The location is incredibly quiet with a beautiful view. The kids especially enjoyed the neighborhood pool.

Sound Sanctuary

Beautiful house as advertised. Kitchen is well designed and the screened in deck is great. FYI the Sunsets were less gorgeous in late July as perhaps at other times of the year. 4 stars as it lacks a pool and it would be nice to have beach chairs included. Please note: you do have access to the fitness center and tennis courts for free. The staff at Shoreline were confused about this and gave the wrong information.

Gorgeous Hideaway GEM Glam Tree-house Sanctuary For Nature Lovers and Beach-going Families

Best. Vacation. Ever. We could not have asked for more for our two families of 4 adults and 5 teen/twenties kids. Brand new, exquisite house with incredible views of the Sound. We had breathtaking sunsets every evening from the deck that turn the living room pink with their glory. You feel like you are living in the trees, and are surrounded by nature in this tucked-away house on the end of a quiet court just a five minute walk to the beach and to the wildlife sanctuary trail in Corolla. PLUS it is only an easy mile walk to the BEST coffee shop art gallery on the coast, The Kind Cup! We had sunrise walks to get coffee every morning. There is also free access to the fitness center which had everything our athletic family needed to continue their training. This superior home also has huge TV for family movie watching, and a hot tub which came in handy for the cool December weather after the kids had a polar plunge in the ocean. There are kayaks and paddleboards for warmer weather, a curated library of books to choose for reading, a huge farm table perfect for our two families and our massive puzzles, and a gourmet kitchen with everything our family needed for cooking holiday meals. Two master bedrooms with gorgeous on-suite bathrooms have private openings to the decks allow for stunning views of the Sound for both sets of parents. We had a 2 minute drive to get on the 4x4 section to scout for ponies, which we saw right away within the first 5 minutes of our drive! There was abundant wildlife everywhere around this gem. Don't miss the chance to book this brand new place early before the secret gets out and it fills up, you will be so glad you did!

Excellent stay at Sound Sanctuary

Sound Sanctuary was wonderful - it's a brand new home with high end features, close to the beach and all amenities within the HOA. It's also a short drive to historic Corolla Village. The location is at the end of a cul-de-sac and very quiet with wonderful views of the bay side of the Outer Banks.

Excellent

The house was gorgeous! It was so clean and comfortable for our group of 11. It's well stocked with pots/pans. We had plenty of space. The view from the deck was just beautiful. We enjoyed all being able to make meals and eat together. Thank you for a wonderful OBX trip. If staying in Corolla again, we'd book here!
