Easton's Beach is located in one of the most stylish communities of the Outer Banks; The Villages of Ocean Hill. This five bedroom model home features ocean views, spectacular sunsets and truly magnificent sunrises. Convenient to the Corolla Lighthouse, exquisite dining, The Whalehead Club and shopping galore!

Relax in the private pool (which can be heated for an additional fee) or meet new friends in one of the two community pools, fitness center or tennis court. With three beautiful master suites, billiards, WiFi and a soothing hot tub, Easton's Beach is the perfect vacation home selection for your family.

Family Escape

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Terrific for a large family with wonderful spaces to enjoy together. The home is perfectly located in a neighborhood that provides beach access within a 10 minute walk, a small walk for coffee and ice cream, and cute playground with tennis and basketball courts just across the street. All of the outdoor decks, pool and hot tub are perfect if it may be a rainy day.

Beach week 2022

The house was spacious and had a nice layout. The house didn't appear to have been cleaned prior to check in and there wasn't enough seating on the decks or at the pool to accommodate a family and make it feel more welcoming. We enjoyed our stay in the area and had a great time overall. Our only complaint was the cleanliness and somethings are old and tattered.

RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARK

My wife and I arrived only to be greeted by an INFESTATION of spiders. I can understand a few here and there, it happens. But this was no normal amount of "seasonal" insects. The place had clearly been neglected for MONTHS as I spent the first two days of our stay pressure washing and treating the house for spiders just so we could enjoy our stay. Brenda, the property manager at Carolina Shores Realty could not care less, and lied to our faces whenn she said she would make it right. Our fridge was running at 58°, which is well over the FDA standards for keeping food safe to eat. Noone came out to fix the fridge until 3 days into our stay, and we could not store or buy ANY FOOD until day 3. Thanks Brenda! 1/10 would NOT rent again from them, like EVER.

Beautiful but farther from beach then we expected

House was great! Pool, decks, overall great living space. Pics did not show new houses in back and was 1/4 walk/drive to park and 5 min walk to beach.. no public restrooms either.

We absolutely loved this property. It had everything we needed for our stay. We would recommend this property to our friends and would definitely stay here again. The only suggestion we would make is that the wifi was weak, but that didn't hamper our good time.
