“When we arrived we were immediately greeted, welcomed, and shown to our room. The hotel was clean and the rooftop views are wonderful and even better than pictured in the photos. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect proximity to the main walking street, bars, restaurants, seafood markets. The hotel staff connected us with the best tour guides. We had a very great stay, thank you to all the staff.”

“The room was spotless and very spacious. I love that they have a beach bag available in your room to use on tours and its filled with usable items like water bottles, towel and water shoes. The breakfast was really good and had good otions for everyone. I think what stood out the most was the host on duty Chingy. He was great and remarkably helpful whenever we needed anything. “The wreck dives are great but my family didn’t like it as much. The diving team Tom, Iko and Shay are all great. They are very knowledgeable and personable. Service at the resort is impeccable. MJ, Naomi, Steph are great. They always accommodate our dietary restrictions at breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. The bar tenders are also great. "The hotel overbooked and tried to move us to another place across the street. We were already at the lobby, but they still wanted to give our room to other guests who hadn’t arrived yet. We had confirmed all the booking details through email before the trip, including the room type. In the end, the four-person room we booked was changed to two double rooms. The staff at the front desk was emotional and said this was the best they could do. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I don’t recommend this hotel and I will never stay here again."
