"This is an older hotel, but it’s very clean and well maintained, with genuinely friendly staff and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. There’s a pharmacy, along with several restaurants and coffee shops (including Starbucks), right across the street, which is very convenient. It’s also just a short walk to Times Square, making the location hard to beat."

"There was a dirty and wet towel on the floor in my room when I checked in, there was mold in the shower and one of the paper cups had been opened and not replaced . "

"This was our first time staying at this location. It is a very pretty hotel. They upgraded us upon arrival. The rooms are fairly large for NYC and very clean. Overall great experience "

"The client service very poor I had to remind them everyday to leave me cups forvthe cofee. They didnt wanted to send me a cofee machine. The cleaness very poor they didnt clean the mirrors. Sometimes they didnt leave the full set of towels in the barhroom. When I cslled to the reception the personal was rude. "
