“The facility was very clean and smelled nice, staff was helpful and respectful.”

“The front desk staff was friendly and the pool was clean and nice to use. Our room, 212, did not blow out cold, or even cool air, and the refrigerator barely got cool at all. We stayed 2 nights and told the front desk on the first night about not having air conditioning. All he said was that he would tell maintenance about it on Monday. The beds were on uncomfortable metal frames that made a lot of noise and the pillows were tiny and flat. The only thing decent about breakfast was the biscuits……

“Everything worked quite well thank you so much. I was told that there should be a room for me tonight which would have been the second night the 24th I believe Tuesday to come to find out they were sold out if I knew this I would’ve made reservations last night that would be my main disappointment. I live in Texas so now I have to find a different place to stay because I decided to stay in Kansas City one more night. ”

“While I can’t place full blame on the hotel itself, my stay this past weekend was definitely impacted by a large motorcycle group that was also staying there. Unfortunately, the experience was far from relaxing. Despite there being many families present, the group was not very respectful—there were engines revving during quiet hours, loud music, and even arguments in the hallways early in the morning. There was also a strong smell of marijuana throughout the property. That said, the hotel itself……

“Breakfast was pretty basic and unfortunately we had to ask the front desk to refill the pancake batter, which they did immediately. Staff was helpful and gracious. Main areas were beautiful as was the location.”

“The hotel's cleanliness and overall atmosphere are impressive. Three aspects that caught my attention were Debrajai (front desk) taking the initiative to sanitize door cards during less busy periods, Room Service always helpful and nice, and Director Christina Smith, who made a point to meet us daily at the breakfast area, where we had friendly conversations that left a positive impression on my family and me, and it was only later that we discovered her role as the hotel's director.
