「Staff Was Great!!! Hotel Was Great & Very Nice. 1 issue Was The Elevator Making A Loud Noise Around The 14th Floor. We Were On The 16th Corner Room Which Was Nice But Behind The Elevator Shaft..The Sound Vibrated Thru The Room. I Complained & Staff Moved Us To A Upgraded Room But I Preffered The Room We Had. Corner Rooms Were More Stylish But Hotel Was Full For An Event. I Will Stay Again But On The Opposite Side Of The Elevators. They Need To Call Thyssenkrupt.」

「Incredible staff, service and location with plenty of shopping nearby. Sayah checked us in and Jasmine, the manager made sure we had a beautiful view from the top floor. Accommodated nicely while returning for my grandmother’s funeral and was made right at home. The bar is very nice as well with incredible specialty cocktails daily!」
