「What a gem of place. Great overall experience. All staff were very professional and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Thanks for the heater! We were made to feel very welcome. Food was excellent and they had a really good variety of dishes. Room was really nice and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely come back.」

「Overall the property was clean, however, the housekeeper was rude and very unprofessional. One hour before checkout, we were reminded by the housekeeper to leave the room immediately before checkout time. This was the first case where I was forced to pack my bags in a hurry. Would not recommend this place to anyone. We were confronted with an unconventional rule stating, unmarried or friends (male, female) cannot stay in one room and were asked to book another room by the receptionist.」

「Super cheap and super basic. Situated In a relatively grim alley, hotel is made up of rooms without external windows set around an internal hall over several floors, feels a bit like a Victorian prison! Still, guy in charge was helpful and spoke good English. It seemed clean, and bed was comfortable enough. For the few hours I spent here in the afternoon waiting for a night bus this did the job great. Don’t book a two week vacation here though.」

「There is no buffet breakfast, neither was informed to us earlier during check in. Room size was okay. However, pillows had not been changed, they were dirty. Kettle for making tea was dirty. Overall very disappointing stay, my advice book somewhere else. 」

「When I reached there I was made to wait saying some guests are about to check out and currently there is no room available ( I was told this which is totally unprofessional as I had made my reservation a week earlier). Also I was show room at different hotel in different location which I denied. During payment I was told that you have to pay first then only you can keep your stuff inside the room. I didn’t had exact amount with me that time and there was no option for card payment and I needed...

「Not clean or hospitable for the price」

「Never book this hotel online. I repeat never book this hotel online. They don't honor booking and won't let you check in even after you show them the confirmation of reservation.」

「Upon arrival, the unhelpful staff announced that my booking doesn’t exist. The place itself seems messed up. There was construction going on. There was shady vibes all around. Definitely not suitable for family. It good to be booked as Oyo on hourly rates」
