Ground floor unit with new appliances totally remodeled from floor to ceiling.

Comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium with open floor plan 1 1/2 blocks from marina. Your vacation home includes sleeper sofa, love seat, recliner (not shown in pictures) dining area for 4, as well as a fully equipped galley kitchen with granite counterspace, pots, pans and utensils. Enjoy your morning coffee on the back patio located just steps from shared pool, hot tub, sauna and grilling area.

The guest bedroom (BR1) has a Queen bed, nightstands, closet and chest. The guest hall bathroom has a tub/shower. Laundry room with washer and dryer is at the end of the hall for your convenience. The master bedroom (BR2) is at the end of the hallway and has a Queen size bed, dresser, TV, nightstands and walk in closet. The master en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower with glass enclosure and a separate spacious vanity area. Large bathtub with shower in guest bathroom. Comes with 1 television in master bedroom and 2nd larger television in living room, cable and WiFi. Special rates for those wanting to rent for 30 days or more in winter season. This is a new, very clean unit.

Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3 mile drive to the beach.

Great condo within walking distance to the park

This condo was perfect for our long term stay at the beach. The beds were comfortable and it was stocked well! Great communication with the staff.

Perfect base for beach, sailing and fishing.

This property is not beach front, but that is not really an issue as everyone drives onto the beach on Mustang Island. The condo is located close to several good restaurants and a grocery store and it is within walking distance to the Marina. I brought my 26' sailboat and kept it in a slip at the Marina and we sailed almost daily. The San Juan restaurant is just up the street so you can have a great dinner and a margarita and then walk home. The condo complex sits back a bit from the two lane road (25 mph speed limit) so it is quiet and relaxed. The property owner was very responsive and was a great host.
