Consider this house your home away from home while you visit Rockport. Nestled on a corner lot in the heart of town, this 3BR/2BA retreat offers a walkable escape, mere blocks from shops, dining, the bay, and local attractions. Relax on the screened porch or host a barbecue on the backyard deck with gas grill. The nearby Rockport Beach beckons for sun-filled days. Inside, a cozy living area with a queen-size sleeper sofa and a 55” flat-screen TV sets the stage for movie nights. The pristine fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and ample counter space, with a custom table seating seven for shared meals. Accommodating up to eight guests, the bedrooms feature comfortable beds, linens, towels, hairdryers in each bathroom, shampoo, conditioner. Master suite with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, a queen-size bed in the second bedroom, and a third bedroom with one queen-size and one full-size bed. Outdoor spaces include a privacy fenced backyard, outdoor setting area and dinning table, perfect for gatherings. Additional amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and 2 car driveway parking for four vehicles plus front driveway for additional parking. Enjoy entertainment with foosball and Air Hockey. Conveniently situated near restaurants and shops, explore local attractions like Fulton Mansion and Fulton Navigation Park. Embrace waterfront leisure with bay strolls or deep-sea excursions. For beach days, Rockport Beach is less than 2 miles away. Reach out about pets and guests must be 25 or older to rent. Cute, clean, beach getaway!

Love this property, looks exactly like the pics. Had everything we needed to make our stay away from home like we were at home. Host Jewel was also very attentive and informative. Will book this place again!
