Big and cozy

This was my second stay at this location! Great location from the beach, beds and rooms are big and comfy. Living room and kitchen size was also a good size. Kitchen provided alot of utensils and cookware. We will be coming back again. Thank you!

Great time

The house was perfect for us. I had trouble with the stairs because of my arthritis but it was ok. We needed an ice cream scoop.

Great place to stay for families

We actually didn’t stay at this location, there were some maintenance issues and the property managers called us a few days before and offered us another property to stay at. It has more bedrooms so that was a plus. It was a bit of a tighter location for my taste but at least my family didn’t have to cancel their pto at work. The new spot was closer to the beach too. The only thing I recommend is to get a cutting board and offer some type of seasonings for the guests to use when they cook lol

Family vacation

Overall great location. Place didnt have internet till the next late afternoon. The modem wasnt connected and we were unaware. Space was roomy for our big party. Dusty on most furniture, and found a couple of roaches. I would have owner check up on cleaning company. Beds were really high.

Home sweet home feeling!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was located a few min from beach! Neighborhood is nice, quiet. The home itself was amazing! Open floor plan in living and dining area. We loved the wrap around porch. Room sizes were great! Everything was clean upon arrival, nice little surprise was a golf cart was included and kids had a blast!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental experience was great, anytime I had questions they were answered promptly! Only issue we had was we arrived on a Thursday and the trash can( polycart) was already full. This was only a issue because we were a large group and did not have anywhere to place trash. It got emptied on Monday when we were checking out!

Location and neighborhood was near beach, felt very safe in this house.

Although the house was in a great location we were unhappy with a few things. The room temperatures were unbalanced two of the bedrooms were much hotter than the other two. Dining room chairs were all falling apart unsafe to sit. We were locked out of house for 25 minutes because the door lock battery died thankfully manager had maintenance out to let us in rental quickly. It was a beautiful clean house in a great location with easily fixable problems we would stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, the outside trash can was overflowing, stinking, and attracting flies, the BBQ pit was broken into pieces, and one of the bathtubs would not drain. On first full day and before any maintenance issues were turned in, a guy walked into the house when our 14 year old daughter was there alone. She was extremely scared and hid. I called Port A Escapes and they said they had sent a maintenance guy over to fix BBQ pit and a clogged toilet that the previous renters reported. However, Port A Escapes never told us they were sending someone over and they should never have done so with an underaged girl there alone. This was a huge safety issue!!!! Very unprofessional!
