Amazing location!!

This house is so beautiful and so close to the beach!! The owner was very communicative throughout the whole process and super friendly! I highly recommend this house rental for any family or multiple families traveling together!

We absolutely love this place!

We stay each Easter with our family and it is always our favorite weekend of the year! The house is very spacious and stocked with all needed items. It has an amazing view of the beach! As a bonus, the weather was perfect this year.

Excellent property for multigenerational families!

We recently spent a long weekend at this property with our multigenerational family and it was perfect! Beautiful ocean views from the patio, and very easy walk to the beach, even for our parents who have more limited mobility. The kids had a blast and loved the bunk beds and foosball table. My father-in-law commented multiple times how much he appreciated the elevator too. It was a fantastic stay with lots of great memories. We will stay here again in the future!

Beautiful home with great location

Because 2 of us are 83 and 88, we have incredible appreciation for the elevator moving between the 3 floors. The location is perfect. We were a quarter of a mile from a beach access road for vehicles and one house away from the walkway to the beach. We visited numerous houses over several years, but never stay anywhere else now that we've found this Banyon Beach location.

Beautiful property in Port A!

Our group of 7 had plenty of room at this beautiful property! The location was ideal -- just a few steps to the boardwalk over to the beach. Watching sunrise from the deck(s) each morning was perfect. And the communication from the property manager was top-notch. We hope to be back!

Banyan Beach

Our family had a lovely vacation at this Banyan Beach vacation rental! This beautiful home is clean, comfortable, well stocked...and very close to the beach! One of our goals was to stay in a home with a view of the ocean...the 2nd and 3rd floors offer beautiful ocean views! This Gem is located in a small, quiet community in Port A., where beach combing quickly became one of our favorite activities! The check-in process was smooth; both Property Owner and Property Manager were great communicators; and the home is as advertised!

Mom’s 80th

We rented this house to celebrate our mom’s 80th birthday with her remaining siblings. We wanted an intimate setting to enjoy family time. This house was perfect! The elevator was such a plus to help move our elderly family members through the house. The beach view was perfect for morning coffee and sunset dinners. The house had everything we needed for all of our meals. The boardwalk guided us to the beach. We had the most amazing stay. Communication was thorough and timely.

Family Thanksgiving

Great property for a large group. We had 14 total ranging in age from 16-76. There were 4 couples so the 4 king bed suites were perfect and the rest of the young adult cousins took the bunk beds. Everyone was happy. The huge island was great for meals and playing games. The views of the gulf were awesome and the walkway to the beach was so close and convenient. My family loved it. Would definitely recommend this property.

Port A beach vacation

Our extended family of ten, 8 adults and 2 children had plenty of space in this home. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the island was the perfect size for dinner and games. Short walk to the boardwalk and beach made it easy with little ones to pack up and have to come in quickly for breaks/naps. There were no beach toys unfortunately for the kids. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Great 70th Birthday

We were a group on 10 women celebrating a 70th birthday. One member of our group has some difficulty in getting around. The house has an elevator which eliminated any restrictions. The location was right at the beach which was our main objective. The open floorplan and huge island in the kitchen were perfect. Would definitely rent again.

Amazing Week & Beautiful Balcony Views

The house was perfect for our large family and checked all the boxes! The easy access to the beach, balcony view of the sunrise every morning and of the beach was an added bonus. Having an elevator made it easy for my mother to not have to go up and down the stairs. This house will be our first choice every time we come back. Thank you, Lucy, for all of your help!💕

First time in 13 years of us doing family beach trips did the weather steal beach time. We had one full great day on the beach and 2 days of house time. Luckily the house is large enough that we had space to spread out. This was our second visit to this home, and it is perfect for our large family especially if you have a disabled family member where the elevator is so very helpful! Communication with the owner was outstanding. Reached out to check on us a couple time due to the inclement weather.

College Group

This house is wonderful for the 12 ladies that stayed at this house. Seven of us met at college 40 plus years ago. We had an awesome time playing games at the big island and having our meals. When looking for a house, I always look for a table that will accommodate everyone at one table to enjoy our meals together. At one point, we had people watching football, putting a puzzle together, some shopping and some sitting on the porch. We had a really good time visiting, eating and enjoying the beach and pool!

Perfect vacation home for our family

Our family of 9 ranges in age from 20 to 87, so having an elevator is perfect for our group. We have stayed at this location for a number of years and plan to go again in the future.There is a wonderful large island around which all our family gathers for meals; however, the only item on our wish list is a separate table large enough for our family to play games and work puzzles. Having a walkway to the beach just steps from our door is a real plus. And the location could not be better. The property manager is receptive to immediately handling any problem that might arise. We LOVE this home and are so grateful it is available for us to use!

60th Celebration

Home was exactly as advertised. Great location, short walk to beach and a mile to all the shops and restaurants. The layout of the home was great for our family. The 1st floor private suite with a king bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom and living are was perfect for 3 year old and parents. The kitchen was well appointed and the large island easily accommodated all 10 of us. Many laughs were shared around the island. The bedrooms were all spacious with great bathrooms. Amazing views of the ocean. We were there for a full moon and spent evenings on the balconies watching it rise. Property manager and owner were very easy to work with and very prompt to reply. This just might become an annual trip!

Family Beach Vacation

We take an annual family trip each year and decided to go to the beach. The house was a perfect fit for our family- age ranges from 6 weeks to 71! And it was a first time beach trip for several of the children and they loved it! There is a pack & play for babies but there is not a booster seat or high chair. If you need one you will need to bring it. Luckily there is an elevator as the house is 3 floors. We primarily used it for luggage but it was available if needed. The main living area is on the 2nd floor and sadly, the sand berm blocks the ocean view. There is a balcony on the 3rd floor and standing, you can see the ocean. The chairs are low so you cannot see over the railing to get an ocean view- that would be my only suggestion for improvement...higher chairs so you can enjoy the view during morning coffee or nightly cocktails. The boardwalk to the beach is very close to the house. We rented a golf cart to make transporting our tent, chairs, toys and children easier. Lucy was very attentive and checked on us during our stay. We did not have any issues, but if we did, I am sure she would have responded quickly.
