Impressions: DIRTY, disappointing, not what we expected for the price we paid, and wayyy overpriced!
Kitchen counter full of crumbs. Fridge took until the next morning to actually get cold. Bought freeze pops for the kids, and they never froze! Every single dish we used we had to hand wash it first. They were caked with food remnants. Which makes sense when the closing instructions say to start the dishwasher, but they leave no pods or soap to use in it. We stayed for 4 nights, and were left with 1 trash bag, 1 roll of paper towels, and 1 roll of toliet paper in each bathroom. Extras would have been helpful, especially for the price you are charged. We assumed that they would have beach vacation home items such as a wagon, cooler, pool and beach toys, etc. Not the case, there was nothing. This place has not had more than a clorox wipe swipe on any surface, baseboard, high touch area, or wall in a very long time. Again, I am on vacation, paying a very high cost to stay (much higher than the listed nightly price for some reason).... shouldn't it be clean? There were inches of dust on most surfaces, fans, and decor. Then couch was big, but was so dirty, it felt crusty to sit on. There were nails sticking out of the bunkbed. The kids room had a broken fan with no blades, and mangled metal. There was open food in the bunkbed stairs. There was food smeared inside the trundle bed. Was refunded the cleaning fee. Not good enough. I would never stay here again.
