Clean and comfy

Great place, very clean, great set up, lots of room. Furniture and fixtures are a little dated but totally adequate. The pool and courtyard are wonderful, clean and super well kept, we spent a good amount in the pool due to bad jellyfish season and we enjoyed our stay because of it. Easy check in and check out- no long list of chores before leaving.

Courtyard around the pool has beautful, full of plants and flowers, saw many huming birds feeding on the the plants. The beds were awesome. Plenty of comfortable seating for our group of six women.

The condo was fabulous. Just a short walk to the beach. Pots and pans could be updated and a crockpot would have been helpful. Other than that everything with this condo was above our expectations.

Perfect location

This was the perfect place for our family. We were able to easily walk to the beach. The condo has its own outdoor space that opened to the parking lot. Very handy for loading luggage in and out. The property gate is outside the living room window and can be heard when closed. The pool around is green and beautiful! Overall a great place to stay

The pool area is beautiful and privae.The house is more if an apartment you can hear the oeople walk and come and go.,other than that it was comfortable, you can walk to the beach from there. There are coyotes around after dark.

The place was in a great location. Unfortunately you will want to eat out. Most of the pots and pans had dried up food and dishes were hit and miss on cleanliness. Had a few roaches. Hopefully they stayed there and none came home with us

Great experience

This condo was quiet and clean. It was right across from the beautiful beach. Check in was super easy. The beds were comfortable and clean. My only complaint would be that the furniture in the common areas was quite uncomfortable. It would have been nice to have a comfortable couch to lounge on with the family after a long day at the beach. The couches were old and lumpy and the chairs in the breakfast area were also pretty uncomfortable. Overall, a great experience, but I think an update on some furniture would make a world of difference.

Not reasonable company to deal with

We never made it to the rental. They evacuated visitors before we even checked in. Because we didn’t get traveler’s insurance, we lost our payment. Tried to reschedule but the rental property was not easy to deal with.

Longer we stayed the worse it got

When we arrived the place seemed ok, except for some food left in the sink. The more we looked around things just got worse. We had to wash every dish we wanted to use, fridge was gross, they have roaches, exposed nails on the baseboards, and a few things fell off the wall that were only secured by using double sided tape (I.e. signs by the door and the carbon monoxide detector). Definitely won't be staying again.

Ok. Some good. Some bad.

Bed was comfortable. Convenient to beach. Pool is nice. Extra towels were helpful. Freezer wasn't cold enough to keep food frozen or make ice. The guard on the fridge door fell off and I broke a bottle of wine. Nobody could figure out how to work the TVs and we had to troubleshoot to get internet working. Many of the racks/hooks are barely hanging on. Soaps are cheap. Some lamps don't work. Decor/games/furniture are dated/damaged and it feels a bit neglected. I noticed things that I'd seen others write long ago in reviews and figured would have been fixed. I texted during our stay but got no response. Hard to know if I was using the right method of contact because it's unclear who my contact was. I never had a name. None of these things were so horrible that I would refuse to go back but they would play into my decision and require an adjustment to my expectations, which are already on the lower side in these kinds of situations.

Disappointed with the property

Hello, We enjoyed our stay in corpus christ. There are some concerns we had with this property. 1. 2nd bedroom exhaust fan does not work. 2. 2nd bedroom electric outlet does not work and it is not a GIF outlet. 3. 2nd bedroom shower drain is slow clogged. 4. Master bedroom there is so much sand in the window you can not open it all the way. 5. Masterbedroom sheets are old and pilly. 6. Living room coach the legs are broken it is sitting on boards. Needs to be raised up. 7. Kitchen the cake pan and cookie sheet are rusty. 8. 3 big garbage bags for 2 weeks is not enough. 9. Outside light must be on a timer comes on during the day. No lights when coming back at night. I will say the maintenance person, Joe I think, was very friendly and helpful. I have always rented long term from individuals and after renting with your corporation I will continue to rent from individuals. I felt your major concern is that I got out by 10 a.m. Gaelen Kesler
