    This cute studio is accessible on the first floor and is an affordable option for four people. The kitchen is equipped with granite counters, appliances (*No dishwasher*), utensils, and dishes you need to enjoy your stay, worry-free. A dining table with four chairs makes for cozy meals or is great for a game of cards. Next, two armchairs face the wall-mounted flat-screen TV. In the sleeping area, two Full-sized beds give you plenty of space. Tapestries with ocean scenes complete the space. The full bathroom has a separate shower and stool, so everyone can get ready at once. There is extra counter space next to the sink, too. Everything is conveniently within reach. Ceramic tiles keep the space cool, no matter the weather, and a ceiling fan makes sure you're always comfortable. Amenities included: TV, Wi-Fi, access to charcoal BBQ pits and picnic areas, laundry facilities, 2 boardwalks to the beach, 2 shared pools. Located near downtown Port Aransas, you have easy access to the golf course, shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

I think the rental rate is far too high for the quality of the room. It’s a old room that needs a fair amount of remodeling, the mattresses didn’t smell good and the shower head was broken and way too low, the kitchen was also old

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: they said my res was cancelled, then tried to make me pay a higher rate for a room that was disgusting! it was old and outdated, and just felt dirty. the young guy at the desk really didn't know what to do and the blonde haired lady was not helpful at all and only wanted to print the cancellation notice and stick it in my face.
