Relax on the patio and balcony of this family-friendly Corpus Christi townhouse, perfectly located only two blocks from the beach! Enjoy two resort-style community pools (a heated pool with a waterfall and a second children's pool), a kids' playground, and at-home amenities that include a full kitchen with granite countertops, multiple flatscreen TVs, an open floor plan, and beautiful floors throughout.

What’s nearby:
This townhouse is located in Village by the Beach 2, a complex that sits only two blocks from sandy Whitecap Beach. You'll also be 10 miles north of beautiful Padre Island National Seashore.

**Please note, we are pet friendly with a nonrefundable pet fee of $100. You must make sure to click pet (under travelers) when booking to be charged the fee. Failure to add your pet to your reservation will result in a $200 nonrefundable pet fee.
