Great place!

Our family used to frequent the Mayan Princess and were so pleased to find this renovated condo! It was so comfortable, and the entire property was nicer than it has been in years! We will return for sure.

Not as advertised

The advertisement for this listing is what attracted my family to this spot. The weather called for wind and some overcast so I figured if we couldn’t be in the beach we could at least have fun in the in the beautiful pools the pictures showed. However, upon check-in we were sadly disappointed to find out that 2 of the 3 pools had been down now for an extended period of time for maintenance (which is perfectly fine had we known we weren’t going to be getting the full extent of what was advertised) as well as part of the other outdoor area being not accessible. Once communicated with the host we were informed they were aware and failed to pass the information along to us with no remorse. We did have a nice room with a view, however for the next renter looking to book I would advise bringing an extra comforter as the one provided looked as though it had not been washed, the hotel does not provide extra towels, due to having washers in the rooms so be prepared (as we were not) to wash the 4 towels provided for our stay (for our family of 4) as well as your personal laundry if you choose to or bring more towels. One other thing to prepare for is being woken up at about 6am for the yard crew to be using gas powered blowers right outside the windows of the bedrooms until about 9am.

Great stay!

I have stayed at the Mayan Princess before, this was a super nice room with all the necessities! Kids love the bunk beds! The only thing it is missing is a bath tub, with small kids showers can sometimes be difficult. This particular unit had a large shower! Love it 5 stars all the way!!

Beautiful place to stay at!

Definitely a great place to stay! My husband and I and our 3 little girls stayed here. And we had a blast! The ocean is right off of the boardwalk. The room is really nice and comfortable. The view off of the balcony is very beautiful. We really enjoyed every little moment of our trip! Definitely will be staying here again! Also this place is very kid friendly. So happy we got to stay here!

Beautiful Condo in a perfect spot!

Very nice Condo with everything you need! Great view of beach and pools but private too! The only drawback was the King bed...very hard bed. We did enjoy our stay!
