We had 4 families enjoying our annual beach trip. The house is in a great location right across from the boardwalk. The house is very spacious so we all had plenty of room to relax. Kitchen is well stocked.

Great Location!

The house was perfect for 3 families with kids ranging in ages 18months all the way to 14. It was in the perfect location to walk right to the beach. The hosts were very responsive when we had questions.

Everything you need in a PERFECT location!

We had a full house of all ages, cooked all meals here, and walked to the beach many times a day. This house has everything you need and more. Hosts were super communicative, and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Charming house near the beach. Great spot for a group vacation.

When there was a small hiccup upon arrival with accessing the house, Jason was extreme responsive and rectified the issue within minutes. The house was wonderful for our family gathering as it provided ample space to gather and spend time as a whole group. The beach is a mere 200-300 yard walk. My family had a fantastic time!

Family Vacation

Wife and I wanted a place capable of accommodating our two adult children, along with their families. This place fit 6 adults and 8 children comfortably! Along with the great location, the house and furnishings were current and well-maintained! No complaints!

Annual Family Beach Weekend

This place is amazing. There were 8 adults and 3 little ones. It was easier for us to stay in and cook with the little ones and everything you need was available for use in this home - fully equipped kitchen, including cookware, cup towels, measuring cups, plenty of flatware and dishes. It was so comfortable. Plenty of trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, bath soap, shampoo and conditioner. Toys, books, games. They have thought of everything. It's a nice short walk to the beach - yes there are stairs on the boardwalk but still an easy walk. They have beach umbrellas, sand buckets, shovels, wagon, some beach chairs - lots of goodies. The pool is close and it was lovely. Beautiful view of the ocean. We so appreciated it all. We highly recommend this beautiful beach home and plan to return.

Perfect vacation

This house was perfect for our large group and with 5 bathrooms, we weren’t fighting to take turns. Location is within prime walking distance and the hosts were very friendly and very helpful with their instructions and suggestions! We are hoping to stay here again on future vacations!

Fantastic Family Fun!

Perfect beach house for large family vacation! My wife and I had all our kids and grandkids staying with us (12 total) and the accommodations could not have been better for a family beach vacation. They've thought of everything! We highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. This house was VERY well stocked, probably the best we’ve ever experienced, and the owners were very responsive. The walk to the beach was not bad at all. We would definitely recommend this and are highly likely to return in the future!

Moms 90th birthday.

We had a wonderful time. The owners left us a welcome basket with the sweetest note, and put a Happy Birthday banner up for my mom. We had so much room and enjoyed the house and the beach. Thank you for making our stay so special. I highly recommend staying here!

Great home for our family vacation.

We had a great time. Jan is off season. We found lots to do to keep us busy, rented golf cart, road horses, Dolphin excursion. Drove up to San Antonio riverwalk and Alamo (both must see)

Family Vacation

The property was perfect for our 10 family members and our vist total Port A for a week at the beach! The layout of the house was ideal, giving all of us the privacy we needed, but also places to gather. The host was quick to answer our questions and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
