. Ocean Lookout features a casual tropical décor and located in the heart of Port Aransas in the popular Sand Point subdivision. This home offers AMAZING views of the gulf throughout the home and every balcony.


Floor 1: The downstairs suite provides a cozy sitting area with a 📺NEW 60" 4k UHD TV with AppleTV. The sofa pulls out to a queen sleeper and there are a set of bunk beds. This level also has a full bath and a ping pong room filled with beach toys and cart for your convenience. Great for the kids to have their own space or separate couples.


Floor 2: Upstairs on the second level there is a large balcony, Full sized washer and dryer, two master suites and two guest rooms. The first master suite offers a king bed and private bath. A king bed, set of bunk beds and private bath are located in the second master bedroom. The two guest rooms each have king beds and share a full bathroom. Every room has a ceiling fan and a 📺NEW 43" 4k UHD TVs with AppleTVs!

Floor 3:
On the top floor you'll find a coastal dream! The open floor plan provides a spacious living area perfect for making memories. Create tasty meals in a large, fully stocked kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances. The dining area offers seating for 17. The cozy living room provides a 📺NEW 70" 4k UHD TV with AppleTV to connect to your favorite online streaming  two large sofas, one is also a queen sleeper for your guests. A wall of windows allows for beautiful views or step out onto the large upper balcony and let the sounds of the waves create the soundtrack of your vacation. There is a half bath located on this floor. Wi-Fi internet is available throughout.


Off the downstairs bunk room is the BBQ and covered picnic area with table for your cookouts. Ocean Lookout is located directly across the street from the boardwalk steps from the beach.

Neighborhood amenities include pool, large hot tub, and a small picnic area with grill. Neighborhood amenities are available to Sand Point owners and guests only.
Ocean Lookout is located in-town, is adjacent to the neighborhood’s beach walk, and overlooks Beach Mile Markers 9 and 10 --the heart of SandFest. Ocean Lookout is conveniently located within 5 minutes of restaurants, entertainment, shopping, fishing, bird and dolphin watching, the City of Port Aransas Marina, the ferry landing, and the new Arnold Palmer-designed Newport Golf Course.


There is ample paved parking for four vehicles and a tandem space for a golf cart on the side of home.
Additional parking is available at the nearby pool. The Beach Lodge is a gem and the only beachfront restaurant and bar and it's just steps away. You can sit above the sand dunes while you grab a beer and burger on your way back from the beach.
