When there was a small hiccup upon arrival with accessing the house, Jason was extreme responsive and rectified the issue within minutes. The house was wonderful for our family gathering as it provided ample space to gather and spend time as a whole group. The beach is a mere 200-300 yard walk. My family had a fantastic time!

Our family enjoyed this house, it was perfect! The house is a 2 minute walk to the beach or a 3 minute drive via car or golf cart. The house was well-stocked, clean, and in a perfect location. The owners were very responsive to questions. I highly recommend this house!

The property was perfect for our 10 family members and our vist total Port A for a week at the beach! The layout of the house was ideal, giving all of us the privacy we needed, but also places to gather. The host was quick to answer our questions and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a great time. Jan is off season. We found lots to do to keep us busy, rented golf cart, road horses, Dolphin excursion. Drove up to San Antonio riverwalk and Alamo (both must see)

This home easily accommodated our family of 12. Has a large kitchen and dining and living area with beautiful view of the water! Loved the open family area which we used to play games, fix food and dine together. Owner was very responsive to our needs and requests!

Ocean Lookout was spot-on! I love family time and this house was spacious enough for us to spread out, but cozy enough for family time. And the balconies!!! I could live out there and not have a complaint.

Loved the overall experience. The house was decorated very nice and the property itself was very clean. I had a problem with the wifi, and the owner/manager helped me out immediately. Would highly recommend someone at least considering this property if heading to Port A

This was the perfect house and location for our friends and family. Plenty of seating inside and outside. We’re able to park four trucks and a golf cart. Had fun playing ping pong in garage. Kitchen was well stocked, as were the bathrooms. Close to boardwalk. Had a great time!

What a find.... PERFECT location!! Beach walkover is at the front door and drinks every night on the deck looking at the fab views!! House looks new and was stocked very well, Owner was a sweetheart and very helpful. Will defiantly return this summer!!

The house was so wonderful. Everyone's impression when they first walked through the house was, "Wow, this is great!" When we were not at the beach, we spent all our time on the top floor. There were 16 of us, and we were so impressed that we could all sit down at the same time to enjoy our meals. Loved the convenient access to the beach.

Sixteen of our family members gathered together to celebrate an 80th birthday, an engagement and Mother’s Day. This home was the perfect place for all of that to take place...spacious but accommodations for everyone and plenty of places to gather plus veri close proximity to restaurants and the beach. It can’t get much better! The pool was under repair, but with the beach close by, we didn’t miss it. Highly recommend!

We loved the house, it was so tastefully decorated and appointed with everything we needed. There was plenty of room - my son and his family came to visit and it worked out perfectly. Great beach for walking, went to a play at Port Aransas Theatre, Pot Boil in Rockport was great, Marti Gras parade, SanAntonio RiverWalk. All in all, we totally enjoyed our stay. Mike was very responsive in answering our questions and addressing any issues we had.
