Beautiful home. Wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful family trip. Enjoyed the pool, driving golf cart around town & to the beach (so handy), elevator was great, and spending time together cooking & playing games in your beautiful home❤️ Can’t wait to come back!!

Port Aransas Condo

While the property was nice, the wi-fi was horrible. We had to call about golf cart key and the pool heater. Then the washing machine tripped a gfci and maintenance had to be called. The bag game listed is not good quality and rusting and the grill wasn’t great.

Loved the vacation home. Comfortable bedding and living room furniture. Kitchen had lots of extras. Elevator was so helpful with 3 floors. Suggestions: Bunk beds in one bedroom on the 2nd floor would have been great for our family. Also, a heated pool is very needed.

Ladies Weekend

The house was amazing had so much to offer. We had a group of 10 ladies that stayed and everyone wants to come back to stay here again. The elevator was very handy to get the heavy items to the right floor. The golf cart came in handy with all the beach chairs, coolers and tents to the beach. The best part was the private swim pool and the ocean view from the top floor for morning coffee. This is a winner for the best place we have stayed in Port A. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Ladies 50 + Beach Trip

The Crypto came with Everything you will need! We had a few maintenance issues like the TV remotes not working & Refrigerator issue but the maintenance crew & Rudy were Awesome quickly addressing all issues. The Pool was an Oasis & now we are spoiled with the Golf Cart! Very Handy! We had a Wonderful stay rooms & bathrooms for everyone!

Amazing View with great service

We arrived and enjoyed a very smooth check in progress. Got to enjoy the house right away. The view was absolutely amazing. Views of the ocean from the 3rd floor were incredible. Short golf cart ride to the beach. We had to make one maintenance call while there and the response was timely and done quickly. The pool was a perfect size for our family and there was 11 of us. Not all in the pool at the same time of course. We definitely will be revisiting.

Pretty, but smaller than advertised

The house itself was beautiful and comfortable. Having the pool and elevator was great but we did have some issues. The house is listed to sleep 12 people & I guess they mean 2 people sleeping on the couch? (Which it is really not sized for.) Partially our fault for not doing the math ahead of time, but still should not be advertised for sleeping 12. There are 5 beds which = 10 people. There were VERY SPECIFIC instructions about the fridge. After 48 hours we had to throw some food away because the fridge was not cold enough. We called & they asked us if we had "overfilled the fridge". What does this even mean? There were 11 of us & we brought food for 3 nights, we expected the fridge to accommodate that. It's not like we were having trouble closing it. They came, turned the temperature down, and it was fine. Recommend getting a better fridge or a second one if you are saying you can accommodate 12 people. It says seating for 12 but doesn't really have it. The table seats 6 comfortably with 2 extra chairs, that don't fit if the table has 6 people and there are only 4 barstools. We could not get one tv on the second floor to work. The guy spent 45 minutes messing with it before giving up. Lastly, there was no propane in the fire table. We asked the maintenance guy about it. He said he would let us know but we did not hear back from anyone.

Beautiful home…management could use some work.

The home was beautiful. Having the elevator made unpacking and packing so much easier. Home was clean, bedrooms were cozy, all the extras were a huge plus. The view towards the beach was beautiful. The back yard/pool area was very inviting. Have an accessible restroom by the pool made it so much easier for everyone. I have a few issues however. The wifi upstairs could use a boost. The TV kept buffering as it searched for a signal. Not a deal breaker but it would be nice to have a stronger signal. When we arrived we instantly noticed that the pool was dirty. However, the fact that we had heavy rainfall the day before, it was understandable. I notified the management company and they responded in a timely manner. I was told that because of the rain the pool guy could not get it done, however he would be by the next day. So the next day comes along, we head to the management office to sign the golf cart release form and do some shopping. This was around noon. I was assured that the pool would be cleaned that day. Once we returned to the home, the pool still looked dirty. The main issue was the green algae on the sides and steps of the pool. I informed the office and they said they would look into it. While I had them on the phone I also made them aware that the BBQ grill was rusted. Now I’m not saying it had surface rust, I can clean that off. This was rusted to the point that cooking on it would for sure mean pieces of rust would flake off and end up in our food. I asked if we could get a replacement grill. I was told, “sure no problem “ and I was also asked to email a picture of the grill so that they could submit a request to get it replaced. I was understanding and told them that they could deliver the grill that day or even the next day, seeing as I wasn’t going to grill till dinner the next day. A few hours go by and no pool guy. I advise the office again. They tell me that they contacted the pool company and said that the pool was cleaned. In fact the time sheet showed them there for 1.5 hours. I assure you they were not. And if they were…then what did they do? We ended up using the pool brush and cleaning the pool ourselves. Not something you want to do when you’re on vacation or after you spend the money that it cost to stay there. This all said, I blame the pool company. To the management and office and the owner, I say you’re getting ripped off. The following morning I Remind about the grill…no grill was ever delivered
