Pool had lots of dead bugs. I dont mean just a few, but hundreds. Witnessed maintenence pull a rat from the pool the morning we left. Also saw a roach in the unit. There was a piece of wallpaper peeling that had mold behind it. TV in the master didnt work and half the lights were also burned out. There was plenty of kitchen space and it was decorated well. It was quiet at the condo and the beach wasn't crowded (2 miles from either access road). We enjoyed ourselves here but wouldn't return.

Our day was very nice. The condo was clean and it was enough room for all my family. The stairs were a little hard, but that’s on me. Although we did not use the boardwalk, the beach was very nice. We will definitely stay here again.

The condo was jusy as described very roomy and well apointed. We found the beach front locale an easy commute to the restaurants. Thanks for everything. The one glitch was we were not able to reach anyone but housekeeping , no help

Bad Communication

Don’t count on having any contact with the owner. I messaged before our stay with a question and never got a response. I work from home and when I arrived at the location the wifi was not working. I reached out for help to the number they listed as the go to contact and never got a response in the 4 days we were there. This was extremely inconvenient and Not to mention how unprofessional it is to list a contact number if no one is going to actually answer.

Port Aransas weeken trip

It was too short, but the property was beautiful. Nice hot tub and pool. The hot tub was Not Hot during the day but was warm at night so that was disappointing. The beach was close, easy walk. The only downside to the beach at this location is that people drive on the beach. We found those on the beach driving were not on the lookout for little ones, the did not have a lot of respect. A large group drove right up on me and my grandkids and set up a dancing pole. Not a place to take your grand babies.so the property is great but find a diff beach if traveling with young ones.

Friendly hosts, friendly neighbors

We enjoyed our stay. It was pet friendly and a few guests also had pets. Everyone was friendly that we met. The beach is about a 5 minute walk and not overly busy at all. The drive into Port Aransas is about 10 minutes which if you don't mind driving is not a big deal. There was fog at night and in am affecting visibility on the road, just as an FYI. We were able to order a pizza one night when we did not want to drive. We had friends join us for a couple nights at the end and the hosts were accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.

Layout worked well for our group of 4 adults. Nicely decorated, and short drive to beach access was convenient. My first time to the Port A area, and it was a very relaxing, low key beach trip.

Clean and Comfortable!

We loved our stay here. There was plenty of room for our family and it was very clean! We enjoyed the pool and it was an easy drive to park at the entrance to the bridge that goes out to the beach. Loved having a private access area to the beach for the guests here. Would definitely recommend it!

Beautiful Comfortable Condo for Family

Inside of condo was beautiful and clean! The king bed was very spacious and comfortable. Construction was being done out the wall of the king bedroom we were in. Upon booking we were not aware of this construction and it woke us up the sound of grinding hammering in the morning when you suffer from migraines is not a good thing. There was minor issues the manager addressed for us the next day.

Enjoyable weekend

This was one of the best homes we’ve rented. Everything was as described in the listing. Tasteful decor, well-equipped kitchen (even sharp knives), comfortable beds, lots of beach towels, etc. The pool and pool area were well-maintained. Our granddaughter loved the pool. The only issue we had was the condition of the deck and deck furniture. The cushions outside were covered in mildew and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Paint on the decking and railing was peeling badly. This made the deck less appealing for us. It’s a lovely place for a family beach outing.

Family vacation

There were 8 of us, and there was plenty of room! There weren’t, however, 8 bath towels and only 3 rags, but having the washer and dryer in the unit was helpful! The walk is rather far to the beach, but not unbearable. You do have to walk up stairs to get to the condo, but the entry is super easy. Nice deck overlooking the pool. We would definitely stay here again!

Get away from snow!

Comfortable, well decorated, plenty of amenities. Short walk to ocean. Used the deck daily. Pool not heated so did not use. Definitely need to be able to climb stairs. Nice bedding, updated bathrooms. Drove to restaurants or bars in town, nothing super close. Had a great time.

Cozy, clean, and relaxing condo

The condo was very cozy and clean. Loved the big balcony, pool and jacuzzi. There was not much of a view of ocean and I couldn't locate how to walk to beach from property. Overall, it was a very nice condo and I enjoyed the relaxing envirnment.
