What a great property and wonderful neighborhood! The check-in process was very easy, and the property was immaculate. The private pool and game room were also very clean and made our stay even more enjoyable!

Nice house good location

This home was set up with everything. Very clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, and amenities. Also a well stocked kitchen. Just need to bring beach chairs. We rented a golf cart which was perfect since town and beach were close but not exactly walkable. Pool was clean and great to have too. We didn’t use it-but a nice game room area in the basement.

Spring Break 2024

We had a great time at this house. Everything was as advertised. It was in a very convenient location. There was plenty of parking. We were able to bring our own golf cart, which you don’t find many rentals with enough parking to do that. Plenty of room for 3 families! Lots of memories were made! *My only recommendation would be to possibly replace the grills, as the bottom is falling out of one, and the other the handle kept coming off.

Perfect Get-away

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay. Being that we were in town for a fishing tournament our main priority was a property that could accommodate boat parking and boy did this place deliver!The covered downstairs area was perfect for spreading out wet fishing waders and jackets not to mention the game room was perfect for rod and gear storage. The house itself was very comfortable and roomy making togetherness easy but still allowing for plenty of privacy. The beds were some of the most comfortable we've experienced when away from home. Location was amazing, just blocks from the beach! Never even needed to drive, we walked or took the golf cart everywhere. It was also great to be able to enjoy our stay with our old lady lab being that this house is dog friendly.All-in-all there was not one negative or disappointing thing about our stary or this property!

Family Weekend Trip

It’s a great size with nothing behind the pool so you feel some privacy. They had everything you didn’t think to bring which was very helpful. Bathrooms very spacious and clean. Bedrooms clean. Lots of room for parking. However because these get turned around for guests so quickly, the pool which was a good size and clean, was missing the drain covers which was exposed so we found out when one of the kids jump in and cut there foot. It was not disclosed before arrival and things like that need to be. But overall good getaway, maintenance came out quick just wish this pool situation was disclosed and could’ve saved us a trip to the doctors for a tetanus shot.

Great stay

Great house with lots of space. The house was very clean which we appreciated. Good location, nice clean pool. It was nice to have the primary bedroom on the upper floor with the other rooms/living room and kitchen on the first. We loved the outdoor area which was nice and cool in the shade with the breeze from the beach. Our dogs loved the grassy area in the front of the house and the pool is gated for kids. This would be great stay for families with kiddos. My only constructive criticism would be to update the two hammocks (or just bring your own), and that the communication regarding late check out was slow. We messaged on our second day asking if a late check out was an option and were told to ask the morning of our departure. We asked again early on our check out day and didn’t get a response until after our check out time. Maybe just take note that a late check out most likely won’t be an option. Regardless it was a great stay, and we would stay here again!

Great family experience

There were a couple of issues but too minor to mention. That facility was perfect for our needs. The Kitchen was well equipped. Even a tent for the beach!! The hammocks and beach chairs need to be replaced but everything else was great. Enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay

We chose this house for our wedding/minimoon. Loved that the master was separate from the rest of the house. And we were all impressed and really appreciated the full equipped kitchen with all the kitchenware and utensils we needed to prep and cook throughout our week staying there.
