Great Vacations Stary

TV's could have been a bit bigger, and a friendly roach appeared on the day of check out. Not an issue. Will definitely stay again.

I enjoyed that one of them was right by the water so I could watch fish jump and people catch fish while the kids swam. The pool was warm too!My one complaint is the bedroom was BRIGHT at night. The window faces the parking lot which has very bright lights. The blinds don't help and they really need to install curtains.

Property was clean, apartment was clean. They definitely could upgrade the mattress in bedroom it was lumpy and when you either sat or kayed down mattress almost collapsed. Everything was clean and looked like the pictures. Washer and dryer were an added bonus not having to take home any dirty clothes. My only suggestion is switch the food to washer around. It opens directly into bunk bed you almost have to turn upside down to get clothes out.

Would not recommend for more than 2 people

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sleeping was fine for 2 adults, and 2 children. Common area of as way to small got a family to actually spend time or have meals together. Our restroom smelled like urine so bad and the unit is so small it radiated throughout the small condo. Cleaning products did not help, only temporarily masked. Utensils were melted and falling apart, I had to wash every dish before using it because they had left over food on them or weren’t fully dried before being stacked. No broom or mop to clean sandy floors. Pool gates were all broken and had to wave other guest down to get into the pools.

Fun Filled Adventure

Very clean, easy to access, and the resort staff were super friendly and helpful. The pools are INCREDIBLE, especially for the kiddos and the evening activities were a ton of fun. We even caught (and of course, released) a baby shark off the pier! Highly recommend!

Absolutely Perfect!

Location was super ideal! We enjoyed all of their amenities during our stay. The lighted fishing dock was great at night and did draw in plenty of trout at night. Both beaches are really close and so is the packery channel where the fishing is almost always good. Their clubhouse was perfect for family time during the hottest time of the day when you're done with the beach but want to enjoy the sun and get away from the heat for a bit in the AC. Communication with management was easy and fast. We will definitely make this property our go-to property for all of our Padre vacations from now on! Will recommend to all of our friends and family without hesitation!

Great Family Stay

I was so so so pleased with our vacation rental. We are a family of 4 with a 2 yr old and a 6m old so we only needed a small space. This one bedroom was just right for our needs. Our boys were to small for the bunk beds, we actually used a pack and play and a toddler cot in the bedroom and had plenty of space to get around. I loved having a washer and dryer for keeping our swimsuits clean and dry. The mini kitchen was also well stocked with plates/ cups etc, we didn’t cook a lot but it was nice to keep breakfast and snacks In the fridge. We loved the pools and tried to take advantage of the evening activities the resort provided. The interaction we had staff was great, we loved how family friendly the facility was. The one mention I will make is that there is no bathtub which was a little difficult with such small kids, but we managed for a couple days. If your a small family/ group and looking for a clean, fun place to stay THIS IS IT! We will be back!!
