The Salty Pelican accommodates 18 comfortably. The upstairs features 3 bedrooms. The Primary King suite includes a private bathroom with a shower, an area with a Queen bed and desk. The sliding glass doors in the primary bedroom overlooking the canal and includes a bistro table for your morning coffee. Upstairs also includes the Egret bedroom featuring a queen bed, tv, and a sliding glass door to the back porch. This room shares a bathroom with the Flamingo Room.

The upstairs level of our home features three spacious bedrooms, including the King suite, which boasts a private bathroom with a shower, a sitting area with a queen bed and desk, and sliding glass doors that open up to a bistro table overlooking the canal. The Egret bedroom features a queen bed, TV, and sliding glass door to the back porch, while the Flamingo room sleeps up to 5 guests comfortably on two full-sized beds and a roll-a-way, and includes a TV and a shared bathroom with the Egret room. And for the ultimate game night, our upstairs closet in the Egret room is fully stocked with board and card games.

On the lower level, you`ll find two more bedrooms lining the open breezeway. The Sea Turtle room offers a queen bed and private full bathroom, while the Shark bunkroom sleeps 5 and includes a full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle, TV, and private full bath.

But perhaps the best part of our home is the incredible outdoor entertainment space. Spend your days and evenings under the breezeway, complete with 1000 sqft of covered area for your enjoyment. Relax on our comfortable patio furniture while watching your favorite shows on our flat-screen TV, or gather around our Polywood dining table that seats 8, multiple Adirondack chairs, 2 chaise loungers, and a cozy couch and chairs. And be sure to open the three garage doors to create an amazing breeze.

As the sun sets, plug in the patio party lights and soak up the canal view while playing washers, cornhole, or even cruising the canal on the kayaks. Our downstairs game closet is stocked with outdoor games like sand toys, spike ball, and more for your use during your stay. And when it`s time to eat, fire up the gas BBQ pit or outdoor griddle to cook up your favorite meals. Dine indoors or out, with another polywood table for 8 on the upstairs porch and a small bistro table outside the master bedroom for your morning coffee.

The Salty Pelican also includes a laundry room with an extra refrigerator for your convenience. Park your boat up to 26 ft on the dock and utilize the fish cleaning station to clean your catch. After a swim in the canal or a trip to the nearby beach, rinse off at our outside shower on the dock. And don`t forget to take advantage of the Key Allegro community pool, located just .6 miles away from The Salty Pelican.

Guests are allowed access to the Key Allegro community pool from 7 am – 9pm 7 days a week. The pool is located .6 miles away from The Salty Pelican.

Key Allegro features beautiful canal homes as well as bay front homes. There is a neighborhood pool and an event center that is available to rent for special occasions.

Do not smoke in the house. There is a “butt” pot provided with sand in it for your cigarette butts.
Do not bring sandy footwear and clothing into the house. Please use the outdoor shower before entering the house when returning from the beach or fishing.
Do not leave food in the house when you check out.
Do not open the windows or leave the doors open.
Do not use bath towels outside, at the beach or in boats. They are for bathing use only. Beach/pool towels and fishing towels are provided for your use.
Do not try to open the Owner’s Closet or cabinets.
Do not clean fish inside the house. A fish cleaning station is located on the dock.
Do not use the Ski Lift. You can access the dock for kayak entry & exit.
Do not fry turkeys at the house.
Do not put potato peels, watermelon rinds, bones, or other large objects down the garbage disposal.
