Great location

Two families of 4 shared this house for a long weekend at the beach and it was the perfect home base for us! Short drive to rockport beach and also walking distance to park, coffee shop and other restaurants. The pool was an added bonus!

Family fun

We rented this house as supplemental housing during the 4th of July as 15 of my family came to Rockport for our traditional 4th holiday with my father-in-law. House was new and clean, beds were comfortable, pool was nice and quiet, location was safe and great for bay walks on Fulton Beach Road.

We rented this home and the one next door so everyone in our group had plenty of room to relax. The home was very clean and the kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. The area is very quiet and wonderfully located within walking distance to the Fulton fishing pier and the park which the kids all loved.

Clean and Homey

We had a great stay at Under the Sea! The house was clean and had plenty of room for our family. Only recommendation is that coffee mugs and a BBQ pit be made available for guests. We had to purchase disposable coffee cups and a small BBQ pit (which we left for future guests). Thanks for sharing your house with us.

Very Homely and Inviting

The house was super nice and homely. Easy access to where we needed to go. The pool was super nice and the water temp was perfect. The only negatives were there was no broom and dust pan, there wasnt an info packet and we didnt receive the address until an hour before checkin... Overall it was a great experience and will be renting again renting from Rockport Escapes again

Had family come down from Lubbock to stay with us and celebrate our son coming back from the Middle East. Bedrooms slept two family's and the adult children perfectly and the house was big enough to give everyone some private space.Location is perfect for going into Rockport/Fulton yet seemed far enough away from all the summer traffic.The pool was a perfect way to end the days and perfectly situated within the community.

Birthday weekend

We had an amazing time and property was just as it’s pictured. We hosted and all our guest were extremely pleased. Perfect location for family and fun activities. Pool could use some shaded areas but overall great amenities.
