Family vacation for Spring Break
This property has a great location near the beach with balconies for every room which invites the sound of waves in to enhance your vacation. It is a little out dated and could use some TLC. The fans make noise making it difficult to sleep while running them. Shower curtains are old and loops rusted. Kitchen lacks basics so staying for only a few days can be costly if you plan to cook. All that said, the property accommodations were fantastic and having the pool as an option when the weather is not ideal was a blessing.

This condo was just what we were looking for!
A friend of mine suggested a girl's trip on the beach, and we feel so lucky to have found this one. It was a great location on the beach, clean, nice floor plan with balconies and even though there were a lot of other guests on the property, we never heard anyone else. Also, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Excellent Vacation
This property is in a great location, easy to find and close to many activities. Right on the beach and not crowded. Property was clean and easy to check in and out. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Beds were clean and comfortable. 2 1/2 baths were very convenient. The bedrooms are upstairs and everything was decorated with beach themes. We didn't use the washer/dryer but it's nice to have in case. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. Nice appliances and had 2 coffee pots (regular and k-cups) nice fridge. Overall the stay was comfortable and hassle free. Would recommend for sure. We only had three people but easily sleeps 6 without crowding.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room worked. The room has one ac unit and upstairs is several degrees warmer. It was not hot upstairs but it was not cool either. There was not much water pressure in the kitchen or upstairs. The guest bathroom, the one I used, had bathtub faucets that are decaying and pretty much zero hot water pressure. The room was close to the beach and pool which was nice. The quilt in the guest room was dirty too. So gross. The couch and chairs downstairs were old and could’ve used a cleaning. Nothing too terrible but when you’re a guest it is nice to have clean furniture.
