The moment we arrived, it was terrible. We booked this hotel for a place to sleep and eat breakfast offered by the hotel. We requested 2 queen beds and when we arrived, we were given a room with 1 king bed (family of 4). The room was not cleaned by staff - there were dirty towels, the shower had hair everywhere and full garbages were out in the open. We were switched to an even smaller room with 1 king bed. We decided to stay in this room because it was a complete inconvenience to switch again - especially with small children. They provided us with an extra roll away bed that was full of hair, dirt and debris. I paid to wash our own bedsheets at this point. Our hotel room had no towels, shampoo, soap or other items that are listed in the description. When I asked they did provide us with these items. There were hotel pens that were chewed up left on our nightstands and rings of a glass on our dresser. I went to a nearby walgreens for cleaning products and cleaned Breakfast - When we arrived (25 minutes after it started), there was no food left and it was 35 minutes before they put out eggs again and 45 before they made more bacon. There was no toast, muffins, bagles etc. Your options are waffles, apple juice and eggs/bacon if there are any. The pool - we booked this hotel for just a place to sleep however, the one night the pool was open we got in a quick swim. The pool area is dirty from guests eating and garbage was laying around everywere. The water was also very dirty.

Soooo there’s a lot I could say that’s negative about this place but there’s a lot I could say that’s positive as well. The staff… AMAZING. Christina is the GM and was completely sweet and understanding. Noelia was the head housekeeper and she was just as sweet and understanding as well. We stay at A-LOT of hotels with my daughter playing competitive soccer. This hotel specifically was so disappointing in the sense of cleanliness. I took pictures specifically because I wanted to ensure we didn’t get charged extra for having our puppy with us for the sanitation fee or whatever it may be. My daughter was the first person who noticed and was disgusted. After driving so far from Missouri and being completely wore out, I didn’t notice until the next morning. I brought it to Noelia and Christina’s attention and they did their best at accommodating us with clean rooms. I know they don’t have control of how clean the housekeepers can clean but you can tell that they were disappointed in the sense of bringing it to their attention. It’s hard to get good workers these days so I was not mad. I was inconvenienced in the fact of having to bring it to their attention and then having to pack up and load up to go to a completely different hotel just because the kids and I were uncomfortable staying just because we didn’t feel like the rooms were properly clean, let alone, smell good. I’m not mad. In fact the customer service was probably the best service I’ve ever experienced. Thanks Ladies!

Horrible Experience! After a 7 hour drive I had to wait almost a hour just to start the process of getting checked in. There was so many inconveniences during my check in like multiple guest waiting to get towels for their rooms, no room assigned to my reservation, no rooms left, slow computer system, no one answering the phone to help the lady who honestly should’ve been left alone on a Friday Night and the worst part the lady charged me twice for a 3 night stay. Then it kept getting worse. The room was filthy. Left over stuff from previous guest, stains and bodily fluids left in several spots. DISGUSTING Only one elevator work, swimming pool was hot and the hot tub was warm -_-, no towels, ice machine had dead roaches too close for my liking and so much more. I was almost able to let it go because I was there to celebrate my baby’s birthday and the clerk who checked me in was overwhelmed and not setup for success. Then I meant Jackie ( Latino lady who possibly might have lied about her name since she covered up her name tag once I ask what her name was) Jackie was the worst person to be left to handle the situation honestly any situation. Jackie was rude, unprofessional and unapologetic. That woman showed absolutely no remorse for the error that was made in the hotels part. Just excuses and basically calling me a liar. Charging me an extra $$$$ plus while also having a horrible stay deserves some accountability and respect on the staffs part.
