「Clean room , Good breakfast helpful staff」

「The bed was creaky but the room was adequate and clean. Pool was cold.…The breakfast has not too much choice」

「The location is excellent, the scenery is beautiful, and the rooms and facilities are superb.」

「The room was not very clean. Some of the towels were gray and dingy. The area rug was not clean or vacuumed. The kitchen cupboards were falling of the hinges. The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall. I reported all of this and nothing was done about it during my 3 day stay. There were 2 lamps in the bedroom that did not work. I did get them replaced by one of the employees. Very disappointed in the service I did not receive.」

「The hotel site shows pictures of the interior of the main building not the motel part. The motel part would only rate one star. Room small and looks like it was renovated on the cheap. Internet was weak due to the distance from the main building. If I knew I was going to be put in the motel part, I would chose a deferent hotel.」

「This was a great find. Close to Cavendish Beach and Green Gables. A quiet spot, great vibes, and yummy breakfast」

「We were pleasantly surprised by how modern/updated the room decor, bedding, towels, etc. were. The room was comfortable and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful with dining recommendations. I highly recommend the Pines Motel!」

「Cottage and kitchen was fully stocked and stacked , king and queen bed were both comfortable but in the same room. Pull out couch was also comfortable. Could not ask for a better location in North Rustico (beautiful area) and next door to grocery store, lobster supper and wonderful drives. We were charged $30 which unfortunately came out of the tip set aside for the cleaning crew and put into the owners pockets. But very quite and relaxing for a little under $250 a night after taxes and fees」

「The room and the beds were reasonably comfortable, although the bedding was sub-par. Not sure whether the bedspread was laundered between guests. Breakfast was terrible with poor quality, over cooked sausages that looked and tasted like pieces of hotdogs, very over cooked scrambled eggs and undercooked potatoes.」

「Generally a very good stay... we had a smaller room than previous times we've stayed but we knew that when booking. Staff was great - location was really good. Breakfasts were very good although after six days, we were ready for something else (only chose lo carb options). We would definitely stay again at Harbour House!」
