Aanrader!”

“Wonderfull place but the rooster next door woke us up at four every morning.”

“Place was very clean and adequate for the time we had in Évora”

“This place is a hidden gem - incredible architecture and history, beautiful courtyard, fantastic location within walking distance of everything. Wonderful manager, Johnnie. Easy parking. We were sorry we only booked for one night and hope to return and stay longer next time!”

Excellent emplacement!!”

“The space and layout was good. However we had to kill a big cockroach in the kitchen 20 minutes after checking in. The bedroom our boys were staying in the beds had ants crawling all over them. This place is a bit run down. The pictures are way nicer than reality. We paid $400 Canadian for the night which is not even close to being worth it.”

“After issues with getting access codes that only seemed to be resolved with calling Germany directly, we checked in at the time they wanted despite being granted an early check in! After that all was good, clean efficient 2 rooms and living room, kitchen with all that was required. Espresso machine!! Laundry a bonus! But not the most efficient dryer. Drying takes a minimum of 2.5 hours. Parking annoying as not on site or close (residents only) so very 4 hr by the meter. Close walk to……

“We had an amazing stay! The location is perfect when visiting Evora. The house itself was very spacious, clean and had a very nice atmosphere. The airconditioning was much appreciated during the heat. We also received some great recommendations for restaurants. We will definitely come back!!”

“Very clean and charming spot. Loved it, would stay again.”

“My family absolutely loved staying in Casa Cordovil! Susana was a great host; she was communicative and amenable to our travel plans. She met us when we arrived and explained everything about the house, parking, and local attractions to us. The house itself is spectacular - like living in a modern yet historic upstairs castle. The small details or artwork and local flavor fully add to the Évora experience. Plenty of room to spread out or enjoy time together with friends/family. Washing machine,……

“Very cool spot to spend a night. Lots of room to spend several nights if we had the time. Great communication. Everything to see and experience is just a walk away.”
