“We arrived past 10pm for check in and lobby was closed. The security guard had our keys and led us to our suite i just thought it was a bit awkward though the guard was extremely nice. Next morning the breakfast staff didnt want to serves us breakfast as we didnt have the the hotel bands in-our wrists. Overall hotel was ok, beach was nice, pool and gardens”

“Necesito una factura para liquidar mis gastos de viaje de la empresa con que trabajo, ya que era un viaje de trabajo y no me la quisieron proporcionar en el hotel diciendo que yo pague a Expedia. Y ahora como hago para que ne generen una factura a nombre de la empresa y con RTN correspondiente? 😡”

“The location is truly relaxing and the waterfalls are beautiful, but several issues ruined the experience. The road to get there was in terrible condition, the pool was empty during our entire stay, and the Wi-Fi never worked. Also, be aware that if it rains, there is absolutely nothing to do. It’s a lovely spot in theory, but the lack of basic amenities and the difficult access made it a frustrating trip.”

“The location is right in the center of SPS, so it’s very close to the city mall. The pool seemed more decorative than functional. Check-in was a bit difficult because the receptionist didn’t speak English at all. Breakfast was one of the best features of the stay. The room was clean and looked just like the pictures online. The bathroom was spacious besides a few small cleaning details were missed. There was a guard at the entrance, which made us feel secure, and he was very helpful with all……

“The room was dated, mold all over the bathroom. For the price we cannot complain. The bed was comfy but had no blanket, we where provided a twin blanket for a king bed. It is a private residence with no signs to indicate a hotel. The owner was so kind and met us outside when we were completely lost. ”
