- No need to rent a car! Walk to OSU football, baseball games! Over sized fully fenced back yard with firepit to relax near the Corvallis Community Center, play some pickle ball and enjoy the sand volleyball courts. Cozy house near campus activities with large driveway with ample room for two cars for off street parking.
Close to shopping, coffee and dining. This is a vibrant student neighborhood so on a rare occasion the night can be a little loud for a light sleeper. It’s a quick walk to campus and centrally located to nearby hiking or a pleasant walk to downtown. No pets and no RV hook up please. No electric vehicle charging.

This is a great place.
We had a great stay at the Campus Cottage. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for the weekend. I especially appreciated the coffee that was supplied! We would love to stay here again.

This little

Great location near campus
We spent two nights in Corvallis to visit OSU with our son. The Campus Cottage was perfect. Nicely decorated, great parking, very clean and comfortable. We would definitely book the cottage again.
