This one-bedroom apartment is decorated with respect to the beauty of culture. We welcome all races, ethnicities, genders, orientations, religions.

It has an in-unit washer and dryer, wifi, a full kitchen, dining space, and Roku TV. It has access to a seasonal pool (which is open from the end of May to early September, weather dependent) and year-round fitness center with sauna and hot tub available, as well as an on-site dog park and car washing station.

2 mi to grocery, restaurants, and parks.
3 mi to the hospital or OSU campus.

A queen sized memory foam bed, full kitchen, dining area, Roku TV, in-unit washer and dryer, and leather loveseat complete the gorgeously decorated space. There is not A/C but there are fans.
We do allow up to two small pets, in this apartment.
This apartment is in a large complex. It’s really it’s own village, with a laundry facility, on-site mail package service, dog park, a fitness center, racquetball courts, basketball court, dry sauna, nature trails, and a pool and hot tub.. The property is giant (400 apartments,) but this unit is in a quiet, closest to the driveway entrance. The neighbors are quiet.

This apartment is designed for traveling professionals, contracting through us for corporate housing.
It is not designed for traveling families or vacationers.

Upon booking, we will ask you for your license plate and phone number, which we will give to the complex’ management, should any emergencies arise. We will also ask for your ID, your email address, and for you to sign a Temporary Occupancy Agreement via Docusign.
We gladly welcome guests of any length of stay. Those staying longer than 30 days will need a background check done, at an additional cost of $45.

Please note that on VRBO there is not a clickable option for Air Mattress. So you will see “futon” listed as a bedding option. It is not a futon, it is an air mattress. If you need the air mattress, please request it’s availability in your booking.
