AUTHORIZED PETS ONLY
Small pets are allowed only with prior authorization; guests must inform us of any pets before arrival. An additional pet fee of $25 per approved pet per day applies after booking (rates negotiable for stays longer than 5 days). Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds. Pets must never be left alone in the home unless crated. Rentee is responsible for cleaning up after their pets. A min. charge for $500 will be applied to bookings with unauthorized pets.

The maximum number of guests or visitors for this house, as indicated in the listing, should be honored at all times, day or night. These are cause for eviction with no refund and may damage our ability to offer the home to future guests, exposing you to liability.
