Cute getaway
Great location for a sort of last minute booking! Not too far from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. You can hike with llamas just ten minutes away! As I told the owner having instructions for the tv would be helpful, and could not tell when oven was preheated as lights didn’t work.

A great Cabin
I came here with my husband and daughter. The property was warm and inviting, and we loved it! The hot tub was very clean, as was the entire cabin. It was nice and quiet. Highly recommend.

It was a great place for what we wanted in our vacation
We had a great time in Teneseee. We were not planning on staying much at our place, so the lack of WIFI reception was not a big deal. We loved the hot tub at night! The stream as advertised does not run by the house, as was thought from the advertisement. It was across the street and down a hill. But, again, not the end of the world. The kids enjoyed exploring outside the house. It was very nice having the washer and dryer right there.

Our stay was good
David was very responsive with any question I had leading up to our stay. Everything was as advertised and cabin was located close to trails and gatlinburg. Hot tub was great as well! We had to leave early due to our family emergency but stay was great.

Weekend hiking adventure
Loved this cabin. It is cozy, offers privacy, and gives you an awesome woods vibe. Loved sitting in the hot tub after hiking and looking into the trees. There are hikes all over. I loved this stay!

Birthday stay
It was my husband and I. Great stay, nice cozy and small area. Perfect for a just “get away and relax” vacation. Only suggestion is, since it’s a dog friendly location make sure the dog hair is cleaned well. If you’re not a fan of pets….check for non pet friendly locations. That was our only discomfort was the dog hair. But other than that everything was perfect!

Thank you for the wonderful review, it is always safer to look for homes that are not pet friendly if you do not have pets. There is always a risk of finding a few hairs behind. But over all we are so glad you enjoyed staying with us and hope to host your stay again in the future.

Cozy little cabin
Small, cozy cabin with good wifi. Clean, remote, and it felt private. Only feedback is that the hot tub was hard to use- we couldn't figure out how to turn up the temperature above 80 degrees. I know from the log book we're not the only ones to have that problem. Maybe some printed instructions would help? The manager came and turned up the hot tub when I emailed, which was very helpful. And from then on, the hot tub was lovely.

Awesome getaway

Weekend get away
Very quite, comfortable old fashion setting, clean environment, Grilling was excellent, location was close to shopping. , Stores for anything that you needed. And all the majors amenities were just a 30 to 45 minute drive.

Nice cabin
Very nice little cabin. Close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but not so close that you had tourists all around you. If we go again we would definitely stay there. Really enjoyed the hot tub.

Great quiet place
The cabin was quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed the hot tub every single day. There is a local diner that was really good without having to drive very far and a dollar general market with fresh produce and meat for a quick trip.

This cabin has everthing you need to be close enough to Gatlinburg, Pidgeon Forge and Newport. The view has been obscured by large trees but the cabin is nice and secluded. This cabin is pet friendly but could use a gate at the top of the steps on the front porch to keep the pets safe. We would definitely stay again!!

Nice cabin, the only thing I would recommend is updating the furniture. Only 1 small love seat and 2 older glider rockers. The hot tub was very nice and clean as was the inside and outside of cabin.

Great get away
A clean beautiful week kept cabin that was set back away from the hustle and bustle. It was close to everything we wanted to do but offered great peace and quiet after a long day of visiting Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Dollywood.

Great place easy access and way better than places I have rented in Gatlinburg. My only suggestion would be time to replace the dining room chairs.

TWO NIGHTS WITH OUT LIGHTS
We got there about 7:00 p.m. Sat. Night. to a big tree on the power lines at the cabin. Called David said power was out all over because of storm power company would be there tomorrow .We got up Sunday went on our way for the day got back to the cabin about 5:00 the new wires were on the pole but not to the cabin my husband went out and looked at the roof the pole for the wires were pulled out of the roof called David he was there in a flash said he would have someone here in the morning. By 5:00 Mon .we had power . HE reimbursed us for 3 days for the power and we had a great vacation with the great grandchildren the rest of the week . Thanks David

We loved this place. Super clean and comfortable. The place had everything one could need. Secluded even with the leaves off the trees. Hot tub was great and clean as a whistle. We will be back when in the area for sure!

Birthday getaway!
Our stay was charming and cozy. We enjoyed the fireplace and the hot tub. There was just enough space in the kitchen for cooking. The drive into Gatlinburg was a 30 min easy drive. We had a relaxing time and when I contacted the owner about a question, they got back to me right away. This was budget friendly and I would recommend place!

The cabin was in a great spot tucked into the trees with lots of privacy. No issues with hot tub or good hot water. Would suggest an upgrade on towels and cookware as good spots to eat out are not super close.

We had a wonderful time in Cosby, TN. The house was clean, pet friendly but did not smell of pets, the wood burning fireplace was so cozy and the hot tub was clean and surprisingly warm conscidering how cold it was when we were there. Its just a short distance from a gas station, 2 local restaurants and the drive to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg is easy and scenic. Would definitely book with them again.

Worst experience ever!!!
It was filthy when we arrived the beds were nasty like someone had just got out of it there were dirty wet washcloths and towels still in the tub everything was covered in nasty dog hair the floors and beds, when we contacted the property manager she responded telling us she tried contacting the cleaning company and she had no choice but to tell us to wash all the dirty bed sheets and towels ourselves. We went on vacation for our birthday kidfree and had to start our stay cleaning up someone else’s filth. I will be contacting customer service with an email of pictures to back up everything in this complaint!!!

Great overall!
We loved the cabin and the location, however, we wished it was closer to Gatlinburg as it says in the description that it is close to locations in Gatlinburg, when it is about 30 minutes away. In the cabin itself, the furniture was extremely uncomfortable, but not a deal breaker as we were there to have a nice vacation and we did just that. Overall great cabin that is well taken care of!

Great Cabin and Host!
The AC was broken when we arrived but David came and worked for almost 2 hours trying to fix it. While he couldn’t he got someone the next morning that could! The cabin was lovely and very pet friendly. Everything was like it was listed. If your okay with a 40-50 minute drive to the attractions this is the cabin for you! We also loved eating at The Bean Tree and Janice’s!
