Amazing views

If seclusion and views is what your after this is your place. Had something to keep everyone busy. Had an issue with the pool but the host was super responsive and had someone there the next morning to fix it. The drive way will be intimidating if your not use to mountain roads but was easily climbed by every vehicle in our party.

Gatlinburg Spring Break

Very clean cabin with lots of amenities. We had 6 adults and 3 teenagers who enjoyed the cabin immensely. We had lots of room. The kids enjoyed the game room and there was a pool tournament most evenings.The mountain view was incredible and the trails next to the cabin were very good. We were able to enjoy the fire pit and the outdoor fireplaces on the deck in the evenings.Our family has voted they would come here again.And to top it off, David was the ultimate host in making sure we were happy and enjoying our stay.

Family getaway

We had a fabulous time at Dream View Lodge. So much fun and so relaxing looking at those mountains every day. Games were fun, pool was great and decks so nice. Can’t wait to come back!

Breathtaking

This trip was absolutely amazing! Super simple to check in and hands down the most breathtaking view we have ever had! We will definitely be staying here again next year. Kids loved the pool and the arcade room too

Perfect Mountain Getaway

Dream view Lodge was exactly what we needed for a mountain getaway. The house was beautiful, spacious and very well taken care of with plenty to do in and around the cabin. From the pool, hot tub, books, games, home theatre, on property hike and fireplaces with stunning views. It was hard to tear ourselves away to venture into the town. Our only regret is not having a whole month to be able to do everything we wanted! David and Jeneff were incredible, kind and very helpful every step of the way. We can't wait to come back!

Relaxing getaway

Our stay was beyond wonderful. This house has something for everyone. Our kids enjoyed the pool, game room, and theater. It was a much needed relaxing getaway with family and friends. The host was very responsive with all questions. I would highly recommend this property!

Peaceful stay in the gorgeous mountains

Family trip for fall break was very relaxing and fun. We all enjoyed all the games in the game room, the kids enjoyed getting to swim and the adults enjoyed mornings and evenings by the gas fires outside enjoying the gorgeous views. Owners were responsive go any and all issues . Will definitely consider for futuree stays just not in the wonter.

Million dollar views

The views are what you're paying for. It's beautiful. The hosts were great all around. Now, we had some water issues from a big rain storm. Water was flooding into the back door. Also the master shower (which is beautiful) started to rain down water into the kitchen. The hot tub seats 2-3 people and simply needs replaced. The game room was neat but a few of the games didn't work. There are 2 stoves, about the one in the island. The actual usable size of the land is roughly a half acre. There really is no back yard. The pool was clean and fairly small. It sits in a detached garage. It's a work in progress with an amazing view. All in all it's a pretty nice place to stay they just have some more work to do that would make it better. Start with the hot tub and fix the leaks and uneven floors. Playing pool and shuffleboard is rough when the floors are so unlevel.

Family vacation

This cabin was AMAZING! We enjoyed every inch of the property from the hot tub, pool, theater room & game room to the beautiful porches with stunning views, and so much more. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need and we even had a sweet treat left on the counter when we arrived ❤️ My family and I loved the cabin and didn't want to leave, 5 days just wasnt enough lol. Most of the time advertisements are a little off when looking to book but this place is spot on, the pictures don't even do it justice! We will absolutely be staying here again.

Wonderful Mountain View’s

Owner was very nice and accommodating. The cabin has everything you need and the views are spectacular! You’re literally in the treetops! You do have a super steep driveway, so prepare for that. The cabin is completely isolated with no neighbors so it’s very quiet and peaceful. Well worth the money and drive! Would definitely stay again!

Pictures are deceiving

1. Property hadn’t been mowed. Tall weeds2. Trash/debris lined the property3. Picture of pool deceiving. Pool is the size of two bath tubs together 4. Beds are hard5. Pictures deceive as big open cabin. It is not. Choppy and small6. Major leak from master bath shower down to kitchen. There is a sign that says only happens when step out of shower wet but that is not true7. Kitchen sink didn’t drain properly that shut off garbage disposal with corresponding outlets not working8. Major important communication as the that to access this cabin you must have 4 wheel drive or have experience driving off road. Super secluded with struggles accessing due to steepness of driveway.

Dream View did not disappoint!!!!

The Dream View property did not disappoint! The view alone makes it worthy of a five star rating! We went into the national park and had a wonderful time, but came back to the house and all agreed that it provided the best view of the Smokies! It was constantly changing and always beautiful! We enjoyed morning coffee in the jacuzzi or around the propane fire pit. Our stay was comfortable, relaxing, and there was something to entertain everyone. Our granddaughter spent hours every day in the pool, which was also a tremendous asset! After the pool, she loved jumping in the Jacuzzi or enjoying the beautiful panoramic view shower! We made use of the pool table and the corn hole game every day. The fire pit for s’mores was a hit and we loved having the two levels of porches. The beds were very comfortable. The house was clean! The Host was very responsive and took care of issues. When the lights went out in the bathroom, they responded right away and had someone come out. When we suggested a new can opener, pizza pans and cookie sheets, the host ordered them the same day. I would recommend bringing extra toilet paper, paper towels, and kitchen trash bags, and your own spices. We are not sure we found the property trails that were advertised. We found one and it was extremely arduous with no view as a payoff. But we may not have even been on the correct trail. We wish there was some indication of the starts of the trails. Overall a great stay! The view is the best part!

Gorgeous views, secluded retreat

Making the steep drive up the washed out road was unnerving in the dark, but in the light of day, the views at the top were worth it! This property was extremely secluded, so much so that the double master shower features top to bottom glass. The views of the smoky mountains were truly panoramic. The property was so peaceful, and included everything our group of varying ages and interests could want. We loved the well organized and labeled kitchen, as well as the double stoves. The decor was very asthetic and classic. The hike that we discovered from the property was such a fun way to explore the beauty of the nature around us. That was definitely a highlight of this rental. We would love to return again. The owner was excellent.

Awesome place for groups of friends!

This is an awesome place for a group of friends. We came up with a big group of 14 friends, and we barely left the cabin. Everything in the cabin is brand new and the place is really well laid out. The kitchen was big and stocked, the living area was comfortable and had enough seating for all of us to hang out, and there were different places on each floor and outside for people to have their own space. All of the king bedrooms were super comfortable and felt really luxurious. The views from the decks are unbelievable. We spent a ton of time out on there, grilling, hot tubbing and hanging out- the upper deck gets a ton of sun and the lower deck is shaded so that was a nice balance. The views are better than the pictures, and there’s different views from all over the house. There was tons to do for everybody- a hiking trail on site, a game room with arcade games, a big theater and a pool table. Being this up in the mountains we were kinda concerned about the WiFi, but they’ve got Starlink and it worked great. Our host David was great and made everything easy.

Double elopement

My fiance, her twin, his fiance and myself had a very intimate elopement here Memorial Day weekend. It was absolutely perfect. Thank you so much for allowing us to use your space for our special day. Our son especially loved the game room, theater and pool. We loved the peace and the double shower over looking the mountains. Absolutely wonderful!

Beautiful Secluded View

As a group of 14 we enjoyed our stay, we loved the secluded location and beautiful Mountain View’s from the second story balcony. The theatre room and wood burning fire place were a plus. David was an amazing host and very accommodating to our needs. If you get a chance take a hike down the trail he has created. If you don’t feel like wasting time grocery shopping, Instacart delivers right to the cabin. We would definitely recommend staying at this cabin.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Dream View Cabin. This was our yearly family vacation so we had a group of multiple families. The location was great, it was a trip up the mountain but the view was perfect! We enjoyed the fire tables and fire pit every day! The kids enjoyed the hot tub, pool and game room! We enjoyed a family movie in the movie room with fresh popcorn and plenty of seating for everyone! The beds slept great. We had plenty of room for all 14 of us! Highly recommend this property!

Seclusion & Communication

First & foremost, this location is in yhe outskirts of Gatlinburg. You are a little over 20 mins from the strip to main attractions. Family get away

If you’re looking for a great view with all the extras this is the cabin for you. The drive up is steep so I’d recommend 4 wheel drive. Some areas of the cabin are still a work in progress but overall definitely worth the money!
