L'ensemble de l'appartement est plus petit que sur les photos. Nous étions 2 heureusement mais je ne le conseil pas pour 4Manque de communication et d'organisation pour l'arrivée, nous avons attendu longtemps Appartement située au 11eme (non précisé lors de la réservation). Sur 3 ascenseurs 1 seul fonctionnait...très...

"Una casa muy buena para descansar unos días, zona residencial sin ruidos. El menaje perfecto al igual que la cocina, el trato con los propietarios y la encargada de la entrada una maravilla.Solo faltaría especificar que el jardín trasero es comunitario por lo que si se va con perro la zona trasera se puede escapar con facilidad.La zona de la piscina también perfecta porque da justo a la salida de la terraza."

"Great stay with nice and helpful owners. Tip: in the winter months, air conditioning as heating in the living room is recommended. The master bedroom and toilet show some moisture and mold spots, this needs attention. We had a good time and would love to come back."

"First, the owner is really nice. She lives upstairs, but you hardly notice that she is there. On arrival, we were told that this was now “our Casa”, and we really felt like it. We really enjoyed our stay, and it was overall a positive experience. Still, there are some things that you might want to consider. First, if you need three bedrooms you will have to accept that the last bedroom is only separated from upstairs by a curtain. Probably not a big issue for many, but we are allergic to cats...

"Perfect Villa, host was extremely accommodating and helpful. Shops nearby (walking distance) pool clean and loads of space available, much bigger than expected. No negatives apart from mosquitoes but that's not the villa's fault. "

"Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, ruhig und bietet einen schönen Blick auf Denia und das Meer, Direkt am Montgo gelegen fährt man ca. 8 Minuten bis runter nach Denia. Teilweise ist oben im Berg das Wetter schlechter als unten am Meer. Der kleine Garten, der einem alleine zur Verfügung steht hat eine kleine Terrasse zum draussen sitzen und ist schön. Der zur Verfügung stehende Swimming Pool ist 2 Min. zu Fuß entfernt. Wir waren immer alleine da. 3 Wochen waren wir in der Wohnung und sind gerne...
