"Our room was large, but smelled of Toilet exhaust…they clearly have a problem, and covered it up by using scents after we complained….the general maintenance is lacking with bubbles in the ceiling and trims on doors falling off. The rooms are very sparsely furnished, and the bathroom while large is not well laid out. The saving grace is that our room was not expensive. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is inexpensive (12E/p) and adequate. The rooftop lounge is nice and has a lovely view of Catedral Plaza. Parking is secure and only 500 feet away, accompanied by a junior staff member to let you in and out."

"Hotel is superbly located to easily visit the cultural highlights of the city whilst at the same time being within walking distance of most of the other places of interest. The staff were extremely friendly and effective. If I was to return to Almeria, I would stay again."

"The room was on the small side but average for amenities. It had a beautiful balcony. The main problem was as soon as I walked in, it smelled of cigarette smoke. The front desk said the property is non-smoking but the previous guest must have broke the rules. I had also asked for a quiet room when I was checking in. Turns out I was right above the nightclub area on the 2nd floor and every night I had to wait for it to close and be quiet before I could sleep. Internet speed was poor. One night it was completely not working at all at least all evening. Who knows for how long. It was back on when I woke up in the morning. The breakfast buffet had a good selection but milk was not kept in a cool tray and would quickly get warm. It was also hard to find a table if you weren't there in the first 30mins or so. The pool was nice and I never had a problem finding a lounge chair."

"This is a city centre hotel which is very well placed for all amenities. The rooms are smaller than they appear in the photos. My room No. 250 was on the back on the building, the view from the window was of a brick wall and there was noise from a nearby restaurant, which went on until the early hours during the weekend."

"Room very small but had everything required. Good location in Old Town. Staff helpful. Very clean. Good value for money."

"Lovely hotel with great views if you go for a sea view. Which is a must. Breakfast ok. But never got any eggs as staff member never there and not in a tray to help yourself. There was an event on one night and we were asked to sit outside with our drinks. Was ok ish but started to get cool. Wouldn’t have been happy if it had been cool and we couldn’t have a drink"

"Great everything. Especially enjoyed the cava on ice that was in the room waiting upon arrival. Best part tho is the rooftop with the heated pool and the best view in town. Not to mention the e amazing vending machine full of great drink options. Liked it so much I’ve already booked another stay here in the near future. Well done and thanks for the hospitality!"

"Great room lovely view and lots around in the area. Nice pool though not heated there is also an indoor one and hot tub pools. Friendly staff, nice surroundings in the gardens. Breakfast disappointing in quality but a lot of variations."
