2/10 Terrible

"We were unable to stay in the room and had to book another hotel. The room had a stale odor, a tiny bed and furniture in poor damaged condition. There is no front desk and no parking. After several days of no response the hotel offered no compensation and we had to pay for two hotels for the same nights. The location was good."

"Fabulous classical hotel, a beautiful building right in the centre of Aveiro, you can walk everywhere from there. Our room was very spacious and a lovely design, keeping its heritage. All the staff were exceptional, very professional. The breakfast has a small buffet and menu selections, all were very high quality and delicious, try the cappuccino it’s fab coffee! We didn’t use the pool as it was cool weather but looks pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Hotel was right next to beach and many great restaurants. Nothing like being able to see a Portuguese sunset right from hotel. Room was bigger than I thought was a studio apartment with plenty of room. Stayed one night but was a great place to stay, also had balcony that we could see city from."

"Everyone is so helpful. They texted me almost asking if there is anything they can do. They will do everything right away. The room is clean and so spacious, bigger than my own master bedroom at room. Restaurant is overwhelmed, only one server but food is good."
