“Host was amazing/very quick to reply when needing help! The property is as advertised with amazing view! We felt very safe on property and area around. Lots of restaurants/things to do and see close by. We even hopped the red bus to get to the mall with no issues. Now the negative: be WARNED when you check out the front desk will go to review the room and come back with a bogus charge! In our case it was 'blood on the sheets" (with an accompanying picture zoomed in on managers cell……

“I spent 26 days here and absolutely enjoyed it. The apartment was clean. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were hard. But that wasn’t a big deal for me. I could come and go as I wanted. There are no elevators. Also, you may not get the apartment that they show on their Expedia/VRBO ad. They have somebody there 24/7 and are always there to help. It was very nice. I hope I get to stay there again. ”

“This place is in a great location, walking distance to everything. The place has mini splits in both rooms. Perfect size for 2 couples. The property manager communicated with me very well and even answered my call when I got lost. The beds are actually full size not king, the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator and the back sliding door doesn’t slide. ”

“Should be rated a 2-. Constant sewer odour, except for Annie staff not friendly. No proper cooking utensils, coffee maker not working, had to light stove/oven with lighter which was not included, had to ask to have garbage changed, I have a photo as to the sheet on my bed, nasty. Drinking water only offered upon check in.”

“Host was professional and welcoming. Property was in a nice neighborhood with a mix of residential properties and apartments and hotels. The neighborhood had a nice vibe about it. Friendly and safe. Loved the layout and size of the accommodation. Located on the 4 floor with a spiral staircase leading to the spectacular rooftop lounge area. The rooftop lounge has spectacular 360 views. The apartment was a little rough around the edges and the exterior of the property could use more TLC. The……

“Definitely the most unpleasant vrbo stay, had to leave early as apartment was flooding through the windows. There were several roaches found. The bed skirts were dirty and stained from previous flooding. There was as mold on the back of the curtains from previous flooding near windows. we had to use all the towels to stop the flooding. Building staff was nice but building is very outdated. Elevators were small and only accommodate 3 at a time. Owner only gave a refund for days we did not stay,……

“This was a scam listing! The host never got back to me and the location of the property was not clear. Once I got to the property they offered me a room at a higher price than negotiated. It felt like a scam. I do get a refund back. ”
