“The basic rooms at the hotel are pretty rundown. If you want to enjoy your stay go for a family room with a €25 additional charge per night. The parking is €20 per night but unless you have an electric but unless you have an electric car, it’s a nightmare to park in there, especially you come with a large car. The breakfast choice is okay but not superb.They don’t have room service, you can call the restaurant and they may send you something, but it’s up to them. I hated the toilet paper……

“Check-in was easy we were promised an upgrade that we never got. Our room basically overlooked the trashy side of the hotel, not a big deal as we were not there long. It is a resort property that it seems like many people came to take advantage of the full board, which we did not know about a time of booking. I would say if you’re going to stay at the hotel and eat at the hotel, definitely go full board. It will save you some money. The room was nice, but the toilet seat was broken and the sink……

“Un hôtel et son cadre : Magnifique, on s'y sent de suite bien. Décoration de l'hôtel très jolie. Bonne literie. Personnel accueillant. 2 piscines extérieures au top, sublime ! J'ai adoré nos 3 jours là-bas. Ça me manque déjà. Les produits gel douche et crème corps sentent très bons. Seul bémol pour les cocktails du bar piscine : pas bon, chimique (sirop ?), trop sucré. Moi qui adore la sangria, j'ai préféré boire de l'eau.. Il ne faut aussi pas être exigeant pour la nourriture car c'est basique,……

“The best location in Ayamonte , you can go everywhere walking, beside the beach that you need a car..so many options for bars and restaurants around , the hotel has also a nice restaurant .. we will come back Rooms are nice diez and have good individual Ac”

“Standard resort hotel, good value for money and good quality restaurant. However we were allocated a room above the bar that suffered from both noise and cigarette smoke. We were told that the hotel was full and that we could not move until the next night. The process of moving was made as difficult as possible and at no point did we feel that the staff took our request seriously- we were left with the impression that we were an inconvenience. After moving we were quite happy with the stay but……

“Das Zimmer war sehr groß, sauber und sehr ruhig, mit einem tollen Blick auf das Meer und die Dünen und die Pinienbäume. Die Kopfkissen könnten besser sein. Sie waren uns zu weich und zu niedrig. Steckdosen im Zimmer sind Mangelware. Es gab nur eine freie umgeschaltete Steckdose. Das Frühstücksbüffet war ser gut und umfangreich. Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals.”
