「Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. 「Everything was exceptional. A huge callout to the servers and bartender (Titsiana, Victoria, Diego, Sylvia and Gada). All professional, courteous, friendly and helpful.」

The restaurant team was wonderful, and the food was excellent, with a great variety of vegetables, proteins and desserts. Roberto, from Brazil, made me feel at home by speaking Portuguese with me, while Carlos, from Colombia, always...
