「1. Room had a bad smell. 2. There were still dust and white debris on the floor when I checked in. 3. Couldn't make a reservation for the massage as advertised.」

「We are from Australia and we were impressed that all the staff spoke English. The location was amazing and so were the views from the rooftop bar. There was a small gym and pool which we used and we were also able to run along the beach due to the hotel's close proximity. The rooms were spacious, beds very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast had lots of options and the restaurant overlooked the beach. We hope to return! Highly recommend!」

「The room was rather small. It was a STANDARD DOUBLE. I am lucky I was by myself. Had I been accompanied I would not have been able to open 2 large suitcases. The lifts took a while to come. Nevertheless, the staff were superb! Ms Charlene, Mr Mataus and all the rest of the staff went far and beyond to assist me. Thank you all for a FANTASTIC stay💙🙏.」
