Beautiful property with lovely swimming pool and restaurant. Room was very spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again. Beautiful sunset view of Lake Garda as well.

Great place to stay in spite of the other guests.

The whole place is a little tired but perfectly functional and the staff are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble. The main complaint is the other guests who swarmed the pool area, left rubbish everywhere and were a genuine nuisance. Not much the staff can do about that. They were mainly Dutch and Danish which surprised me. I expected better from them.

Fin beliggenhed og lækkert sted

Fin beliggenhed og virkelig skøn udsigt. Lækker pool der var dog lidt for fyldt på Solsenge. Fungerede fint med borde i haven men kunne være lidt bedre end billig plast. Restauranten havde vist ikke rigtig åben. Den sidste dag var der ikke vand i haner og toilet og ingen info.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben eine Nacht in der Residence La Filanda verbracht – und wir waren begeistert! Die Unterkunft ist top: sauber, gepflegt und sehr charmant. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die super Kommunikation im Vorfeld und vor Ort – alles lief reibungslos. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fine villaværelser men uden terrasse.

De fleste værelser har ikke terrasser eller udeområder. Det er et kæmpe minus. Dejlig beliggenhed og rigtig god pool. Ikke overfyldt. Der er ikke løbende rengøring, medmindre man tilkøber.

Gutes und schönes Restaurant (allerdings nicht günstig). Poolarea relativ neu. Gute Lage und Aussicht. Zimmer und Bad sind sauber. Lage ist relativ ruhig. Nachts angenehm ruhig. Garda ist nur 4 km, Supermarkt 400 Meter entfernt. Leider könnte die Anlage deutlich besser gepflegt sein. Der Rasen (bzw. Teile davon) ist 30-40 cm hoch. Die Whg mit Terrasse haben billige Plastikstühle und Tische die nicht zum Stil der Häuser und Anlage passen. Die Fotos der Zimmer im Internet sind sehr gut fotografiert, wirken vor Ort aber billig. Lampen hängen einfach so an der Decke, ohne passende Verblendung der Kabel. Es gibt, wie so oft in südlichen Ländern keine vernünftige Decke zum Zudecken. Fazit: man könnte mit etwas mehr Engagement und minimalem Geldeinsatz eine sehr schöne Unterkunft und Anlage daraus machen. Leider unterläßt man dieses. Fotos könnte ich nachreichen, wenn meine Bewertung sonst nicht zählt.

Très bien visiter le lac de garde

Le logement est très bien centré pour visiter le lac en voiture. Le logement est climatisé, et nous avons pu profiter de la piscine après nos journées dans les beaux villages aux alentours. Le supermarché est situé à 500m. Nous n'avions pas de balcon, mais nous avons pu manger sur les tables dans le jardin. Nous avons été très bien accueilli.

Hygge og rolige omgivelser.

Virkelig hyggeligt sted med ro og dejlig pool. Rummelige lejligheder, men sengene knapt så bekvemme. Køkkenet fungerer med alt tilbehør. Meget venligt personale og god service. Supermarked meget tæt på området. I gåafstand fra La Filanda.

Eine sehr schöne Anlage mit einen grossen Pool und einem kleinen für die Kids. Herrlicher Blick auf das Tal und den Gardasee vom Pool aus. Ausreichend Parkplätze. Supermarkt ca. 7 Minuten Fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso direkt daneben ein guter Italiener. Eine sehr gute kleine aber feine Eisdiele befindet sich auch gleich dabei. Die Anlage verfügt auch über ein Restaurant mit schönwr Aussenterasse, welches wir aber nicht getestet haben. In den Abendstunden kommen aber auch viele Gäste von Ausserhalb.. Die Häuser sind in einem schönen alten Baustil, die Zimmer (Appartement 23)sind zweckmässig eingerichtet und haben uns(2Kinder/2 Erw.)ausreichend Platz geboten.Eine Klimaanlage gibt es leider nicht, haben wir bei 34° aber schmerzlich vermisst . Nach Garda ins Zentrum sind es ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Zu Fuß könnte es sehr anstrengend werden, da die Anlage auf einer Anhöhe liegt..Die Anlage liegt dafür sehr ruhig ohne Verkehrslärm o.ä.. Parkplätze in Garda selbst sind ausreichend und relativ günstig (1Std./2€) vorhanden. Von der Unterkunft aus ist man in ca.25 Minuten in Verona und in ca.90 Minuten in Venedig. Natürlich gibt es auch einen Fernseher mit fast allen Deutschen Sendern, Dusche,WC,Bidet, Waschbecken, 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, eine Couch zum Ausziehen und ein Bett auf der Empore. Eine kleine Küchenzeile mir Kühlschrank, Spüle, Herd und ausreichend Stauraum für Klamotten..Ein Ventilator in den Zimmern könnte aber nicht schaden.😅. Kommen gerne wieder.
