Villa Ida

The villa is very clean, spacious and well-kept, with comfortable beds. The garden is beautiful and the pool is fantastic. Check-in went smoothly. The location is excellent. The stove didn’t produce enough heat, which made cooking impossible— it took nearly 20 minutes just to boil a single glass of water. As there was no kettle available, we had to use the microwave to heat water for coffee, which was inconvenient. This was quite disappointing, especially since one of the reasons we booked this villa was the option to cook meals and reduce dining expenses. When I reached out via WhatsApp, the representative informed me that: The stove’s setup is standard to help prevent power outages. If I needed a kettle, I would have to drive to Garda to get one. I was then referred to another number for further assistance. I had hoped the representative would take the initiative to resolve the issue rather than redirect me. Given that we were unable to boil water, it would have been reasonable to send someone to check the stove and, if it couldn’t be fixed, to provide a kettle on the same day.

Superb stay with our family!

We stayed in Villa Ida as a group of two adults and two children (10 &7) and cannot fault the villa at all! The villa itself has everything that you would need for a family including a dishwasher and washing machine. The bedrooms were a great size with plenty of storage and the two bathrooms were immaculate with superb showers in each. The owners have clearly put a lot of thought into the design and layout of the properties and have done a great job! The shared pool was a great size for the children with plenty of sun loungers for both villas if occupied. Whilst the villa is attached to another it was extremely quiet and self contained with completely separate entrances and parking areas. The villas would equally work well for a larger group or two families. The closest supermarket was a 3 minute drive away and stocked everything you need for a self catering holiday. The drive into Garda was less than 10 minutes away and Bardolino another 2/3 minutes on from there. Perfect location for exploring the east side of Lake Garda. We would definitely like to return and stay for longer next time! Communication with Valentina at Regarda Travel was so easy and she was always extremely quick to respond. We had a brilliant holiday - thank you so much! I can’t think of anything. You were excellent from start to finish!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Wir hatten zu fünft einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub in der Villa Ida. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und dank der Klimaanlage kann man es dort auch bei großer Hitze draußen gut aushalten. Durch den tollen Pool haben wir viele Tage fast ausschließlich in in unserer Ferienunterkunft verbracht. Die Lage des Hauses ist auch für Ausflüge an den Gardasee, nach Verona oder nach Prada (Korb- bzw. Sessellift zum Monte Baldo) sehr gut geeignet. In Costermano gibt es einen Supermarkt und in der näheren Umgebung zahlreiche empfehlenswerte Restaurants. Der Kontakt zu Regarda lief reibungslos und schnell. Auch der Kontakt mit den beiden Eigentürmen, die sich regelmäßig um die Sauberkeit des Pools kümmern, war sehr angenehm. Durch die Straße, die direkt am Haus vorbei führt, ist es manchmal etwas laut, zumal das Ortschild von Costermano direkt vor dem Tor zur Villa Ida ist. Dies führt dazu, dass viele Fahrzeuge entweder stark abbremsen oder stark beschleunigen. In der Küche könnte es ein paar mehr Gläser und vielleicht einen Wasserkocher geben. Der vorhandene Wasserkessel hat auf dem Induktionsherd nicht funktioniert.

Ich würde die Villa empfehlen

Wir waren zu 5. in der Villa Ida, 4 Erwachsene und ein Kind. Für uns war die Villa mehr als ausreichend, zwei WCs und ein großes Bad sorgen für ausreichend Platz. Die Küche ist groß und halt alles was man für seinen Kurzurlaub benötigt. Die Anlage war sauber und mit dem Auto kann man die umliegenden Städte gut erkunden/erreichen. Der Pool ist sehr schön und für uns war es perfekt, da wir quasi alleine waren. Ich würde die Villa jedem mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen und auch für größere Gruppe die Buchung beider Einheiten empfehlen. Tiefgarage vorhanden.

Wir waren vollkommen zufrieden. Es ist alles wie in der Beschreibung. Eine Tiefgarage hat locker Platz für zwei Fahrzeuge und Fahrräder. Schönes großes Grundstück und ein traumhafter Pool. Super freundlicher Besitzer. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit.

Very beautiful and cosy villa

Очень красивая и уютная вила. Отличный бассейн, красивый сад. В доме было все необходимое, чисто и всё новое. Добраться легко до ближайших достопримечательностей на машине, все очень близко, в том числе и магазины и рестораны. Мы провели отлично 8 дней в этом жилье и нам не хотелось уезжать. Рядом вид на виноградник, что добавляло шарма этому месту. Рекомендую!

Relaxen, genieten

Een mooie, complete, ingericht vakantiehuis. Getroffen met de buren om het zwembad te delen. Mooi zwembad en constant op een temperatuur van 30 graden. Voor herhaling vatbaar. Vakantiehuis ligt wel aan een drukke doorgaande straat. Eigenaar zeer vriendelijk en is een paar keer komen vragen of alles naar wens is. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad!

Sehr gepflegtes Anwesen&modernes, äußerst sauberes Haus

Unkomplizierter Check-in, toller Pool, zentrale Lage. Die Straße ist hörbar, wenn man am Pool ist, für uns kein Problem, aber erwähnenswert. Die beiden Wohnungen sind super für z.B. befreundete Familien! Vielen Dank, wir hatten tolle Tage:)

Urlaub In Costermano

Wir hatten vom 12.08. bis 22.08.23 die Villa Ida in Costermano gebucht. Von der Buchung, Ankunft am Büro, Einweisung, Erklärungen war alles perfekt. Regarda.it ist hoch professionell. Die dargestellten Bilder und die Beschreibung unseres Hauses haben zu 100 % zugetroffen. Ein weiteres schönes Erlebnis, ist die Ehrlichkeit des Büros - ich habe eine sehr teure Sonnenbrille beim Check-In im Büro vergessen und diese dann wirklich gesucht. Als wir von einem Ausflug zurück kamen - hing eine kleine Tüte an unserer Haustüre - darin meine Sonnenbrille - ich habe mich so darüber gefreut. Regarda.it - wir werden wieder bei euch buchen.
